The location and rooms themselves were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed twice one week apart, before and after a backcountry trip. Both stays were equally comfortable. The hotel does not include a breakfast but the Moab DIner is across the street and is great - huge basic breakfast selection with excellent service. Check-in is done by a remote staff person on a screen which was a little off-putting at first but I suppose it is more cost effective for the hotel and actually went smoothly both times I checked in. The remote staff person was able accomodate my room request (first floor with 2 adjacent rooms) and took care of payment and key cards through the machine. I would stay there again.

The guests above us got up very early (5:00 am) and walked across the floor non-stop for an hour two mornings in a row. Next time I would get a second floor room to avoid the morning noise. The ceiling/floors transmit every sound. I asked for a ground floor room to avoid carrying my stuff up stairs but the extra hour of sleep would have been a good trade off.

Location was great! Just off Main St. with shops and restaurants. Next to a creek, in a cul-de-sac with a walking path was nice. Supplies for the room were available in the office.

Check in was odd with the use of a kiosk that connected to a remote person. The connection wasn't great that made things difficult. The on-site worker (the only one I ever saw) was nice, but not very knowledgeable. It all worked in the end. Also, no breakfast offered, but there was an excellent diner across the street! Finally, the "picnic area" advertised on the sign of the motel was just a patch of dirt behind the motel that wasn't very inviting.

I like a sink outside the bathroom with broad counters. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. There wasn't a yucky rug on the floor. There were plenty of towels, and if you didn't want housekeeping coming in, you could get supplies like toilet paper and coffee in the office. There is a view of the mountains outside our window. There is a great diner within walking distance. The location is right in town. Pets are allowed- initially I first thought that it smelled funny when we walked in.

The two beds were full size instead of queen. Two lights didn't work; one was missing a specialty bulb, and when you first entered, the light switch didn't turn anything on. There isn't an elevator for the 2nd floor. It had a tub with a shower that you had to step over. NO pool.

I saw quite a few bad reviews on this place but decided to try it anyway. The off-season rate was a great deal! The room was clean, no smells or stains. Provided was....towels, (plenty), soap, shampoo, microwave, hairdryer, small fridge, tv, coffee maker with 4 or 5 k-type cups and sugar/creamer packets. Some items of furniture and the tub were a bit outdated, but still very clean and useful. This room was nothing extra special but provided everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The check in was a kiosk and this was a first for me. It was very fast and easy and there was a live person on the screen to ask questions. Also, the office stayed unlocked 24/7 with access to more towels, soap, coffee, etc. All in all, a perfectly fine place to stay. I will definitely book here again. Also, the maintenance/cleaning person was staying in one of the rooms onsite, so if anything extra was needed there was usually someone around.

Air conditioner works GREAT. Awesome water pressure in the shower - great shower. Lots of towels. I wish the circulating air from AC got into the the bathroom a bit better. Laminated plank flooring, easy to keep clean. Room was very clean. :) Nice that it's so close to Moab Diner and the Mexican place across the Main street.

It's fine. Good value for the money, especially given the prices of other places in town over this weekend. Was a SMALL hole in the bathroom door, and front desk was very nice when I advised them of it - we just don't want to be charged for any repair. Most people probably wouldn't even notice it, but we have rental properties, so I'm pretty "sharp-eyed."

I think the location is great. It is very close to the restaurants and bike shops. I really appreciated the water hose to rinse off our bicycles. I appreciate that the Inn is pet friendly. The Staff was very friendly.

Only one minor complaint: it would be nice to have an electrical outlet located at the bedside table. We had to charge our devices at the lamps at the opposite side of the room and had to get out of bed to retrieve them. It would be nice to have them within arms reach.

Location is excellent. Close to downtown, far enough from 191 to be reasonably quiet.

Lighting (lamps) could be improved. Window coverings and chairs are a bit shabby. Sizeable gap at bottom of door. I think lamps and door need attention first. Also, the tub faucet controls: one of them has a missing flange. The faucet worked fine, but didn’t create a very good impression.

Really comfortable bed. It's in a fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean which is really saying something because there's so much dust in the air in Moab. We really liked that they had facilities to wash our bicycles. Good water pressure and really hot shower!

The check in was weird because it's done with a computer kiosk. But it went smoothly. There also just weren't enough outlets in the room for charging all our electronics.

Great location, virtual check in was easy (that was a first.) ice machine was a plus with the heat and the room was clean when we arrived.

We stayed on the first floor and whenever people were in the room above us you could hear them walking around and the ceiling would make lots of noises with any movements. Wasn’t great when trying to go to sleep early for sunrise the next day. Also there was no conditioner, towels were just okay.

The location was excellent for me. Right downtown. Very convenient for walking around. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff I meet were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to friends that are going to Moab.

If I had to pick nits the shower head got water all over the bathroom floor. I know that is trivial but it’s the only thing I can think of.
