The location and rooms themselves were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed twice one week apart, before and after a backcountry trip. Both stays were equally comfortable. The hotel does not include a breakfast but the Moab DIner is across the street and is great - huge basic breakfast selection with excellent service. Check-in is done by a remote staff person on a screen which was a little off-putting at first but I suppose it is more cost effective for the hotel and actually went smoothly both times I checked in. The remote staff person was able accomodate my room request (first floor with 2 adjacent rooms) and took care of payment and key cards through the machine. I would stay there again.

The guests above us got up very early (5:00 am) and walked across the floor non-stop for an hour two mornings in a row. Next time I would get a second floor room to avoid the morning noise. The ceiling/floors transmit every sound. I asked for a ground floor room to avoid carrying my stuff up stairs but the extra hour of sleep would have been a good trade off.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and a lovely view of the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive and relaxing stay. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to exceed your expectations.

What I loved most about this stop was the area behind the motel! There was a little river flowing through and it was a great area to walk our dog The motel is just off the main street, but there are lots of restaurants, shops, etc within walking distance. While the motel isn't the newest, it was clean and comfortable. The sink looked like it needed replacing and while the shower looked dated, it did have awesome water pressure! Check-in was a kiosk with a person on a screen. Worked fine, was just a little different. I would stay here again for location!

We were welcomed by a receptionist on a monitor. So reception was from a distance. But it went well. We could easily interact and even made jokes to one another. Our room was on the ground Floor and there was one floor above us. The room was OK, spacious and everything was there what we needed, but the ceiling was thin (wood) so we could here our neighbour walk around. We were expecting 3 noisy nights but didn't hear any of our neighbours. We had a good night sleep. And location was a good basis to walk around in Moab and to visit Arches and Canyon Lands.

Everyone has different requirements and all of mine were met. I requested a 2nd floor room and it was reserved for me, desk space on which to work, microwave and good-sized fridge (very desirable for my long, 2-week stay), comfy bed, excellent shower (also appreciated after spending the day hiking), reasonable rates for a facility so close to two national parks and a friendly staff (they communicate with you through a kiosk).

Perhaps a continental breakfast would be nice but certainly (for me) of no consequence.

Room 115 - the plug didnt work in sink. Nightmare if you are on the ground floor, this is because the rooms have wooden floors and when you have big feet guests in the room above; who get up at 6.30am every morning but don't leave until after 9am, you don't enjoy being woken up. Also not sure I like speaking to a machine to check in, even though you are talking to a human being.

Good location within town and easy parking facility, soft beds, fridge and microwave, towels for bathing and some available for other clean up (bikes, vehicles, etc.) Bike wash station, close to park/walking path, staff was accommodating

Long check-in time, booking was lost but they worked it out (after almost 2 hours), some guests took up multiple parking spots, older hotel with some updates, floor was clean upon arrival but got sandy quickly

I liked the location of this hotel! It was further off of Main Street than others, so it was quieter than others. It's also within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, & a grocery store. I could see a stream, trees, & some of the red rock from my window! Great price too! The room was very spacious & had a refrigerator and microwave. I really enjoyed the light pinewood-colored interior. It was very clean, & my king-sized bed was very comfortable. The heater worked very well too. The manager was friendly and offered a small discount if I were going to stay another night. I'll definitely go back there when I visit Moab again.

Im not sure why there are bad reviews of this property. I honestly thought it was great. The location was perfect, my room was quiet, clean, spacious, and dog friendly. I am a solo female traveler and felt safe. It’s the cheapest place in town and the same level of quality. I only drove through for the night but would definitely stay there again.

The virtual check in was weird but not a big deal. Little weird there’s no in person staff, but again not a huge deal.

The room was good. Everything worked. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room and 2 mini fridges. We really appreciated that! Floor instead of carpet was better for bringing in bikes. Beds were comfy. Location was great. Just a block and a half from the center of Moab.

Sound insulation. People above woke us up in the night just by walking on the floor. Check in was via a remote kiosk. Worked fine, but made you wonder if you needed help, could you get it?
