Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, location was good for us walkable to many things. Shout out to "Martin" at the front desk he is a 10 Star employee. He is kind, efficient and always attempts to accommodate your needs. We had an issue with a gift card we had and he definitely had the patient to figure out how to make it work and with a smile. It is rare now days to find someone who likes their job, it shows that he likes to help people.

There was nothing on this trip not to like.

I love the property location and the breakfast and nearby gas and grocery store. stays pretty busy but has enough parking spots. a little more variety on breakfast food would be great. and need more room power outlets.

we were staying for 1 week and arrived a day early and there was room but they could not add the single day into our week stay. so we paid alot more for a cheaper room for 5 hours before moving to our week long room we stayed in. front desk lady was not very cheering and telling us "nothing she can do the computers just came up" and "she cant do anything." after waiting for 5 mins for the computers to restart it all worked.

Service was excellent, room was very comfortable, especially the king sized bed! Breakfast was excellent and clean dining area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy it inside or outside. Your staff was second to none and above reproach!! They always had a friendly smile and greeting whenever we encountered them during our stay! Special kudos to Matine(sp) at the front desk went above and beyond throughout our 7 day stay! Always cordial and helpful with whatever questions we had! He was very enjoyable to chat with!! Always ready to answer our questions, not only about the hotel, but with our sightseeing adventures, he recommended places we should visit, as well as places to eat! Beautiful large parking area was a big plus! Continue the great work, and training of your staff! You can tell they all enjoyed their jobs!!

Elevator was noisy upon landing. House keeping staff could be a little quieter in the mornings, but they did an excellent job maintaining and servicing our room!!

basic motel breakfast food, but it was hot and the coffee was good. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. Very convenient location for travelers.

It was a basic nice motel and I thought the price was little high for what you got; however, I also understand it is a tourist town and it always cost more in those places. Very busy time for some jeep jamboree that was in town. Should have checked the calendar. Good stay thought.

Great location in Moab. We had our retriever with us and the property was next door to a great walking path through a wooded area. The room was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which had waffle and pancake makers.

Next time we stay here we won't request a room at the end of the hall. The exit door toward the pool area is heavy and closes with a bang! I never knew so many people started their day at 6am.

Pretty much everything after arrival went well. Breakfast has variety and is a good start to the day. Breakfast area is kept very clean and tables are always available. I would happily stay there again.

Even though it is located on the main business street in Moab, it is a bit hard to find if you are unfamiliar with the area and arrive after dark. Moab is a dark skies city which means street and property lighting is very low. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but just be aware and use the nearby Macdonalds restaurant as an easily seen landmark.

Good selection of breakfast items. Always enjoy waffles, egg “omelette” was good, and bananas & apples were very fresh. Staff were attentive & area was very clean. Check in was seamless & staff was quite helpful assisting us on local attractions.

This was really the only negative, but for my preference the right bed was somewhat soft. And maybe the stay was a little pricey, but that might just be Moab’s going rate.

The friendly staff was nice. The initially assigned room was noisy and vibrated with the elevator right next to it, but they switched me to a quieter room on request. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the A/C worked well, thankfully! The parking was excellent, with adequate room to get in and out with a pickup and trailer.

Breakfast was at 6:30, and not usually fully ready even then, which is far to late for me. It interfered with my desire to be at area attractions by dawn to see the sunrise, beat the heat and get into Arches National Park before the mandatory timed reservation system window. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special, and would have been about as expected for a room rate of about half the existing rate.

Staff was helpful. Check in was easy.

Tables were not wiped. Called in morning of check in as told to do by the hotel's email, so that we could obtain a room that was accessible. Whoever answered told me they would save a room for us, but when we got there that had not been done. The lady at the desk was helpful and did the best she could at that time. Pool closes too early 9:. All other hostels we stayed at closed at 10:

The check in staff, the room was clean and good size! It is a pet friendly hotel so I was a little worried but they put us where there hadn't been a pet in a couple months. The breakfast was a nice inclusion and the coffee was on early and good. Usually hotel coffee is weak as water.

The pillows need to be replace but the beds were comfortable. The shower curtain needs to be replaced as well.
