I love the property location and the breakfast and nearby gas and grocery store. stays pretty busy but has enough parking spots. a little more variety on breakfast food would be great. and need more room power outlets.

we were staying for 1 week and arrived a day early and there was room but they could not add the single day into our week stay. so we paid alot more for a cheaper room for 5 hours before moving to our week long room we stayed in. front desk lady was not very cheering and telling us "nothing she can do the computers just came up" and "she cant do anything." after waiting for 5 mins for the computers to restart it all worked.

Service was excellent, room was very comfortable, especially the king sized bed! Breakfast was excellent and clean dining area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy it inside or outside. Your staff was second to none and above reproach!! They always had a friendly smile and greeting whenever we encountered them during our stay! Special kudos to Matine(sp) at the front desk went above and beyond throughout our 7 day stay! Always cordial and helpful with whatever questions we had! He was very enjoyable to chat with!! Always ready to answer our questions, not only about the hotel, but with our sightseeing adventures, he recommended places we should visit, as well as places to eat! Beautiful large parking area was a big plus! Continue the great work, and training of your staff! You can tell they all enjoyed their jobs!!

Elevator was noisy upon landing. House keeping staff could be a little quieter in the mornings, but they did an excellent job maintaining and servicing our room!!

The friendly staff was nice. The initially assigned room was noisy and vibrated with the elevator right next to it, but they switched me to a quieter room on request. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the A/C worked well, thankfully! The parking was excellent, with adequate room to get in and out with a pickup and trailer.

Breakfast was at 6:30, and not usually fully ready even then, which is far to late for me. It interfered with my desire to be at area attractions by dawn to see the sunrise, beat the heat and get into Arches National Park before the mandatory timed reservation system window. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special, and would have been about as expected for a room rate of about half the existing rate.

Breakfast was very nice. More choices than most. Accessible room was sort of accessible and a shower bench was provided. Decent location in Moab.

Shower bench was shaky with no back to lean against. The sink area was unaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. You cannot roll under the sink due to a decorative piece of particle board that is attached to block your view of the plumbing. I had to wash my hands and brush my teeth from an angle. Bed height was way too high for most people in a wheelchair to safely transfer on to.

great location. close to everything in Moab. the property was very well kept inside and out. the rooms were very clean and spacious. they had a nice area for the dogs to go out and there were several pups staying at the hotel. the scenery was beautiful and the Arches park was close by.

only two things negative were the breakfast and cost of the stay. the coffee was weak, the orange juice was watery, the potatoes and peppers were flavorless, the gravy was bland. the eggs and waffles were so so. and this hotel is the most expensive I’ve ever rented per night. i think the cost was extremely high but I’m not too surprised since it is located in a tourist town.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops, a ten minute drive (at most) from Arches National Park. The room was cleaned every day, which wasn't the case at a well known chain motel I stayed at last week in California. Hot coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty with a nice variety of hot and cold choices and juices. It was also well stocked-there were no cold or empty serving dishes! The washers and dryers in the laundry are timed, so you know exactly when your clothes will be finished and had single load laundry detergent and dryer sheets available, which was very convenient. Our motel room was comfortable and spacious. We didn't use the pool and spa, but other people did and they were well maintained and inviting. And if you have pets, this motel is pet friendly! We highly recommend this motel! It helped make our four days in Moab a pleasure.

The air conditioning unit in the room was rather loud. It wasn't loud enough to interfere with sleep, but we did have to turn the television up to hear the news when the AC unit was running. Overall, though, this hotel is definitely worth it and when we come back to Moab, we'll happily stay here again!

breakfast was great for the price. Great manager. We thought we lost our cat. We went to manager to see if he seen our cat. He suggested we look behind the microwave. And there she was. So thankful for that! Thanks to the manager!

Warmer weather? lol

I really liked the comfortable bed and couch as well as a good breakfast which was well looked after.

THe access into the parking lot is not lit so when you are coming in at night you cannot see it. It badly needs a light on the south corner to shed light on it I had to stop in the turning lane on the highway for a few minutes to figure out where it was Not a good thing in busy traffic.

The facility was very clean. They had a excellent breakfast. There were many options. The staff was very nice.

Elevator not working when we arrived. (That is not the hotels fault but made it harder on my bad knees). Waffles were a very popular choice for breakfast so they need another waffle maker.

Very close to the entrance of the park. value for money. Coffee at the front desk at all times. Free parking. Front desk was so nice. I saw them giving away some spare swimming trunk to a customer whose kid was insisting on swimming, and the guy didn’t have a choice. And then saw them helping a guy with a huge trailer park and be comfortable. very impressed with their customer care. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Everything else was great.
