It was comfortable and the location was very close to Arches and Canyonlands. Being in the middle of downtown made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. May was a perfect time to go. Great weather and the parks were not crowded. I would stay here again.

We were here for 6 days. I asked for some light housekeeping after the 3rd day since housekeeping was only scheduled every 3 days and this was the 4th day. When we came back after being gone all day, nothing was done. The trash was overflowing, we had no clean towels, etc. I went to the office and was told 1/2 of the staff didn't show up that day. The desk clerk could probably tell I wasn't happy. She took care of doing as much as possible and was very apologetic. I do understand about the shortage of help so with all things being said I would stay here again.

The location is great for getting to Arches. The pool was great and so was the hot tub.

its a little dated but not too bad. My main issue was that there's no night clerk. We arrived 15 minutes after 11 and no one was there to let us in our rooms. I called the number on the wall and no one answered. He did get back to me within 5 minutes. We had been driving all day and had no cell service so didn't see the emails with our instructions to get into the lock box. It would've been nice if that info was given prior to the day of.

Location was very convenient, a bit noisy but neighbors were not too loud. Loved the size of the room and had a view that made it even more special. Liked the layout of the room, it was spacious and clean. Towels and the shower were great! Happy that the hotel conserving water and we could use our towels for our stay without changing it. We will stay here again!

The coffee selection, (who wants to drink decaffeinated coffee?) desk person somewhat helped us. The fridge pretty much freezes everything in it except the cooler sack. Could somebody check on it occasionally? Some light bulb was not functioning. Overall not a big deal, still happy with our stay ;)

Location - We checked in and went and climbed Delicate Arch for the sunset and stayed for the beautiful stars. Then got up and went to watch the sunrise at Windows Arch. We came back and had a wonderful breakfast in the Waffle House right beside the office. Neat little town.

It was a little dated. We had 3 rooms and in one the fridge ran loud all night and one of the others the hot water only ran warm in the shower. It was fine for a one night stay.

The room was equipped with everything one may need. We really liked the shower with a strong water stream. The beds were super comfy as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming!

We found a dead cockroach on the floor one morning, which was a rather unpleasant experience. Also there is no noise cancellation in the rooms so we could hear the neighbors taking a shower/ using toilet etc. Also, our room was right by the staircase so we heard the people coming up and down the stairs every time. But our overall experience was good so we would come back to Moab Hotel Downtown :)

The hotel has a convenient location in town, easy walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to Arches national park, not too far from Canyonlands either. The pool was great, good temperature to cool off. Staff was very helpful too, we could use the phone at reception, because ours didn't work :) thanks for a lovely stay!

No housekeeping when staying less than 4 nights, but that was well announced and you could get clean towels if necessary. Room a bit too small to open two suitcases on the floor.

Great location in Moab, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel room had all the expected amenities, such as coffee and a microwave, along with a convenient and large sink area outside the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

The pool was in full sun and there was little to no shade provided. We would have used it otherwise, but not a biggie.

Location and room and parking

Internet connection the worst I’ve ever had. None between midnight and 9 am. Call front desk and receptionist wasn’t interested in checking out why. Took 4 phones calls. Then back on and off and on off - terrible in the building finally someone went to check router. Same problem second night of stay- need new internet access for the building the same as your front desk. We can’t afford to come to your hotel if we can’t have access to our work.

Location is Great in Moab.

Hotel Moab has the potential to be the BEST Hotel / Coffee Shop with an area where live music could be performed at a small level for backround music or author introducing a new book. The area by the creek could be a great outdoor venue for music, bands, weddings, etc. My daughter and I saw the vision. Love MOAB and can't wait to come back.

The location was perfect for visiting Canyonlands and Arches, just a few minutes drive away. Even in Moab the location was great, in walking distance to almost every restaurant in town. The pool was amazing as the temperature was over a 100°F/38°C when we stayed there.

Unfortunately, the hotel offered no breakfast. But there is a diner right across the street, so not a big problem.
