Very nicely styled room and large bathroom too. Nice pool area with some comfortable loungers. Great location in central Moab and right opposite the food truck park - go there for great food at cheap prices! Very pleasant hotel member taking drinks orders by the pool.

The promotional pictures are slightly misleading - the pool view also features the car park. Quite a few broken pool loungers. For how new the property is, it already feels a bit tired in places - lots of scuffs and marks in our room and in corridors. The price is not proportionate to what you get - particularly considering there’s no breakfast - and we didn’t even get a pool view. One of the rooms overlooking the pool you can also see lots of stacked boxes and storage which looks very messy. The gym is very small given the size of the hotel and only ever one elevator worked during our stay. The hotel also permits non-guests to dine and enjoy the pool area at the hotel which felt outrageous given how much hotel guests are paying.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and appreciated the amenities. However, we found the pool to be slightly cool despite being advertised as heated. The refreshing dip in the water was invigorating, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations of a warm pool experience. On the bright side, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The hallway leading to our room was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere as we made our way to and from our accommodations. Speaking of which, our room was comfortable and cozy, providing us with a restful environment during our two-night stay. The highlight was the huge balcony attached to our room, offering breathtaking views and a delightful space to relax and unwind. The fitness center surpassed our expectations, equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines and ample space for workouts. We took advantage of the facilities, allowing us to maintain our fitness routine while away from home. Additionally, the on-site laundry room was a convenient feature that came in handy during our stay. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional housekeeping services. Without even having to request them, our room was promptly cleaned and tidied each day. Coming back to a fresh and well-organized space was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall positive experience. Despite the slight disappointment with the pool temperature, the hotel's excellent amenities, comfortable room, spacious balcony, well-maintained hallway, fitness center, and attentive housekeeping services made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

I know the pool is a shared space, but on the first night, it was occupied by intoxicated individuals, leaving behind a chaotic and disorderly atmosphere. The air was thick with the scent of alcohol and the sound of slurred conversations. The once vibrant and welcoming area now appeared grim and unwelcoming.

It was a very comfortable and modern hotel, centrally located in Moab for walking to central attractions and restaurant. Excellent base for visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs etc. Modern decor and comfortable rooms of a good size, swimming pool and guest laundry. Nice large bathrooms.

Low service for quite a high priced hotel (e.g. have to take own luggage up to rooms and ask for maid service). Some niggles with maintenance: Ice machines were all out of action, bathroom door kept on sliding open and some of the USB ports didn't work.

Very friendly staff who paid attention to detail. Beautiful view from the rooms. Perfect location - can walk to all the restaurants on Main Street and it's right across from the food truck court, which was extremely convenient. We didn't use the restaurant but heard nice things from other guests. Really appreciated well designed, spacious bathrooms.

It would have been nice to have some cups in the rooms. The complimentary water bottles were great, but we found ourselves needing cups. Families should know that the rooms don't have fridges or microwaves, though perhaps the new casitas will.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced. Very satisfied. Also, the woman who checked us in was very informative. She was really nice and answered our questions about the local national parks. Her knowledge actually changed our plan for our local visit. She was very helpful.

Clear signage of pricing at the restaurant. We didn’t know how much the buffet was until we were ready to pay the bill.

Did not have breakfast included but ate three times at the hotel restaurant and were disappointed all three times. The food was not good and the service was awful. Also, blasting disco music at breakfast was quite annoying. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and always pleasant.

The room was spectacular. Two things though: the paper products were very cheap for such a nice hotel. The Kleenex and the bathroom tissue were paper thin. The bed cover was way to warm and heavy. The fabulous desk staff got us blankets which worked perfectly.

This is a world class hotel. Driving into Moab, I did not expect to find myself in such an elegant, beautiful world class hotel. I have travelled in manay hotels, around the United States, and this is one of the most well designed hotel, I have ever stayed at. They made great effort, have great taste, and you can see it. I would come back here over and over again.

It's really hard to pick something, I guess the only thing I feel they fell short, the staff were not that welcoming. I didn't feel like they represented the elegance of the place. It was my first time in Moab, I wish they would have been more helpful in recommendations to local eateries or for activities. But I am nit picking here...it was such a great place to visit.

It was very disappointing to not have coffee available in the lobby throughout the day… That is a very nice courtesy that is provided at most hotels where we are spending this kind of money per night… How ridiculous to charge me three dollars every time I wanted a cuppa coffee. It is very unsanitary to have coffee makers in the rooms, especially nowadays with COVID-19. How easy it is for people to take a couple sips of water out of a water bottle and then pour the rest into the room coffee maker… Think about that… it would be much nicer and cleaner to provide coffee in the lobby.

We loved this hotel. It was modern, exceptionally clean and had a really nice vibe. The pool area is lovely and the decor is modern and welcoming. Particularly useful were the laundry facilities in the basement as we had been travelling around the US.

We had a king suite for my husband and I and our 16 year old slept on the sofa bed. The master bedroom could have been a little wider but was adequate. The mattress of the sofa bed was not very comfortable for my son.

The hotel is modern and clean, the pool and sun area a good size. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel is very convenient for the town centre / shops etc. Oh and we met Kevin Costner who was on location for a new film :)

Room service only come every 3 days which seems to be catching on at other hotels in the US, although I think you can ask for additional service.
