Sleep Inn & Suites Moab near Arches National Park

No pets and no smoking--the entire place smelled great! And it was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had with plenty of variety and free coffee/hot chocolate all day. They also have ice makers on every floor and a filtered water dispenser near the pool area to refill our water bottles. Also, a great location right in the middle of Moab on the main street.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff - excellent breakfast with wonderful workers keeping it full and fresh for all of the guests. Loved the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Nothing that I can think of - although I wondered if there is shampoo and conditioner in bottles on the wall of the shower - why not soap the same way - the bar soap is difficult to manage and wasteful.

Everthing was good, new building, clean and a nice staff. Complete breakfast, clean swimming pool, coffe and tea for courtesy in the recepcion. Parking included. Tasty mexican restaurant beside and complete market in front

Nothing that I remember respecting the hotel. About the city, it has a distribution along the route, therefore it is difficult to be close to everything

The hotel is in a nice location...close to restaurants. The manager,Jodie is very friendly including the entire staff . They're very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Daven welcomed us with popcorn and they have cookies too. What a pleasant treat !! esp for us who travelled 10 hrs to Moab Miranda at the front desk, the two friendly staff at the breakfast room are all very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service! I will give them perfect score of 10, if not more... I highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh, they also serve delicious hot breakfast..hot oatmeal, waffles. bacon, eggs, sausages, biscuits wd gravy, yogurt and more. Our room is big and the beds are comfortable. They even have other amenities that we were not expecting.

The room was nice and clean with very comfortable beds. Also the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

A water refill station would make such a big improvement allowing guests to easily fill water bottles before heading out on adventures. While the hot breakfast was appreciated, the quality of the eggs was lacking. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful though!

The location was excellent for seeing two of the National Parks - Arches and Canyonlands. Also restaurants and shops were near by.

Everything about the facility was very good. Room and bathroom were large and both were very clean. Breakfast was ready as scheduled and there were a variety of good food choices. The eggs were not as good as the other choices.

Clean comfortable bed. Spacious modern room. Really appreciate the laundry facility for the guests.

The breakfast was disappointing. Watery oversalty scrambled eggs and bland waffles. No fresh fruit, just fruit cocktail from a can. No hash browns. After the first morning of the gross breakfast, we started eating out.

Modern hotel situated on Moab’s main street on the south end of town just a few blocks south of the little shopping area along that road. The bathroom is spacious with good lighting and plenty of counter space. The included breakfast has lots of options both cold and hot and the staff managing the buffet were attentive and friendly. There is a pool but we didn’t use it. It is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

there is only one table reading light between the beds with no other lights or bedside tables. There is a desk but no dresser. Hanging space is limited and absurdly part of it is rendered useless by the placement of the iron holder blocking about 1/4 of the space.

The location was great. We were able to walk the shops, restaurants, etc on the Main St. The grocery store was across the street as well. The complimentary breakfast was good especially during a pandemic. They had hot and cold options. The couple working the breakfast was super nice. The place was clean and updated....overall a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

We got into town a couple of hours before check in so we stopped in to see if we could check in early. The front office lady was very apologetic that they couldn’t get us checked in early. Not a big deal so we walked to the shops in town. We came back at check in time and she was apologetic again that it did not appear our room was clean yet. This was a bit frustrating, but she ran upstairs to see where they were with cleaning the rooms and had them finish ours up first. So, somewhat annoying, but they solved the problem. Quite a minor thing all things considered.

Staff was very pleasant! It was our 40th anniversary and when we checked into the room there was a $25 gift certificate to a local restaurant from the manager along with an anniversary card and cookies and chocolates. We were so touched by this gesture! Even with COVID protocols they offered hot and cold breakfast. They did the best they could under circumstances. No cleaning service I guess due to COVID. Very comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants. Was in a noisy stretch of town, but to be fair we were there during Jeep week. I recommend this hotel!
