No pets and no smoking--the entire place smelled great! And it was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had with plenty of variety and free coffee/hot chocolate all day. They also have ice makers on every floor and a filtered water dispenser near the pool area to refill our water bottles. Also, a great location right in the middle of Moab on the main street.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff - excellent breakfast with wonderful workers keeping it full and fresh for all of the guests. Loved the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Nothing that I can think of - although I wondered if there is shampoo and conditioner in bottles on the wall of the shower - why not soap the same way - the bar soap is difficult to manage and wasteful.

Everthing was good, new building, clean and a nice staff. Complete breakfast, clean swimming pool, coffe and tea for courtesy in the recepcion. Parking included. Tasty mexican restaurant beside and complete market in front

Nothing that I remember respecting the hotel. About the city, it has a distribution along the route, therefore it is difficult to be close to everything

The location was excellent for seeing two of the National Parks - Arches and Canyonlands. Also restaurants and shops were near by.

Everything about the facility was very good. Room and bathroom were large and both were very clean. Breakfast was ready as scheduled and there were a variety of good food choices. The eggs were not as good as the other choices.

The room was nice and clean with very comfortable beds. Also the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

A water refill station would make such a big improvement allowing guests to easily fill water bottles before heading out on adventures. While the hot breakfast was appreciated, the quality of the eggs was lacking. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful though!

The breakfast was disappointing. Watery oversalty scrambled eggs and bland waffles. No fresh fruit, just fruit cocktail from a can. No hash browns. After the first morning of the gross breakfast, we started eating out.

The hotel is in a nice location...close to restaurants. The manager,Jodie is very friendly including the entire staff . They're very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Daven welcomed us with popcorn and they have cookies too. What a pleasant treat !! esp for us who travelled 10 hrs to Moab Miranda at the front desk, the two friendly staff at the breakfast room are all very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service! I will give them perfect score of 10, if not more... I highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh, they also serve delicious hot breakfast..hot oatmeal, waffles. bacon, eggs, sausages, biscuits wd gravy, yogurt and more. Our room is big and the beds are comfortable. They even have other amenities that we were not expecting.

Well kept property. Loved the complimentary use of the pushbikes- very handy. All amenities like a fridge, microwave and iron available in the room which we really liked. Nice breakfast included too.

Staff was so friendly and kind and the whole place was very clean. Our beds were be very comfortable and the sheets and towels were so soft. Breakfast was excellent as well

I have no complaint

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I’m really picky about pillows and always bring my own and this was the first hotel pillow I’ve slept on in years. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. They take the “sleep” in their name seriously.
