Scott was incredibly welcoming and attentive host! Even tho he was at the time alone on the property and had lots of work (and guests), he always took his time to give us advice and local tips. He even borrowed us tools we needed for our jeep as well as guidebook for tours. Much appreciated! The property is sooooo lovely and you get a fresh! breakfast served in the patio with a view! In the morning there‘s a lot of deers to be seen drom the room window, just roaming around and enjoying the apples :) Hummingbirds are also lovely to watch (and listen to). Place is very serene in the morning. Oh, and I forgot to mention fresh, cool and tasty tap water. If one can even complain about it, bed was too soft for our taste, but that was true for literally every place we stayed at un US, so it seems to be a standard there, that we’re just not used to. It didn’t make the vacation less enjoyable, just an interesting observation. To summ it up: We can highly recommend this place, and we really look forward coming back! Amazing views from all parts of the property. Very quiet area, perfect for a nice retreat. The owners will make sure your stay goes above and beyond your expectations. The homemade breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious and very cute - the king size bed was great, just like we like it. Only 5mn away from the Colorado river where you can find all sorts of activities. Really highly recommend.

Nothing - couldn’t have been better

This is a beautifully situated property in a great location for excursions all over the area. The owners, Jennifer & Scott, are great hosts and are very accommodating. Jennifer prepares a hearty breakfast each morning, & Scott is a wealth of information regarding the best locations to see and experience. My daughter is a photographer and was looking for unique areas away from the typical tourist spots. Scott nailed it with his advice. They also happily loaned us a small cooler to use for our daily excursions.

We can’t think of a thing!

The location is breathtaking, the house and the room very clean, comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was delicious and impeccable, and Martha is a wonderful host. She knows how to make us feel home.

Nothing really bother us but It would be nice if the hot tub was working (as the brochure says it works 24hrs). AC was a little too noisy but soon you get used to and you end up sleeping just fine.

The area is beautiful and the location is perfect as it is about 30 minutes from Arches National Park. Breakfast was good and was brought up to our bedroom. Upon arrival the key and a welcome letter were waiting on us at the main door of the property... very convenient!

If you book the Chinle bedroom just be aware that the bathroom is down the hallway which was not a big deal but was a bit inconvenient as the hallway also leads to the dining area and had to walk by while other guests were eating breakfast. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

We had breakfast served in our room, but they did not come to pick up the dishes or service the room. So when we came back in at the end of the day, we came back to dirty dishes and wet towels. We also did not have extra towels to go to the hot tub with.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location was amazing - I never wanted to leave the property. Our hosts had great advice about less-busy sights to see and things to do, and even secured us a last-minute dinner reservation on our anniversary. Breakfast was great and the other guests were engaging. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine as a pair of hawks circled above was a rare moment of peace on this trip. Bring a bathing suit and you can do all that while sitting in the beautifully situated hot tub.

Some guests might find the 25-30 minute drive to Moab for restaurants and shopping to be bothersome. It can be mitigated with a little planning, and the Inn is more than worth the effort.

Castel Valley Inn is a hidden gem not too far from Moab national Park. The location is amazing and were able to enjoy a wonderful sunset. The staff was very helpful in find us a place where to dine and support us in organizing the next day activity. In addition the Breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfy. I would highly reccomend this place!

Awesome accomodation in "oasis"-location, some 30 mins away from arches Nationalpark. The breakfast is homemade and you will be accompanied by humming birds and deers.

There is actually nothing we did not like...only one remark wish is only indirectly related with this accomodation. On the way to castle valley you will exit the interstate 70, will drive on a rather broken road and will pass by a little village of broken houses that look like being straight of a horror movie..but no worries you are on the right path
