The room was huge. I loved that because our luggages take up so much space. We had 2 large and 1 small. In a tight hotel room we'd be tripping all over them. But not this place. The 2 queen beds and living room are one big area. It was so nice having that dining table to sit and eat properly rather than on a hotel bed. Kitchen had a full fridge and amenities such as microwave, utensils, napkins etc. And it was all clean. Including the bathroom. No hairs in sight like the next hotel we stayed at in Phoenix. The wall tv adjusts so you can watch it in the living room or on the bed. We went to Archers National which was less than 10 min drive. We didn't do breakfast but there are lots of great places nearby to eat within walking distance. Lots of hotel parking/ guest registration parking close to the entrance. Another nice feature was the free bottled water in the fridge you are welcome to take. I'd definitely stay here again or in another state.

When we checked in the young lady was quite robotic and not welcoming. It was as if she was just going through the motions. Or it could've been she was getting distracted by her friend(maybe co-worker. This friend was in street clothes). The friend was talking about some guy and showing her pictures on her phone to the clerk while she was trying to check us in. It was weird and unprofessional.

the room is great, clean, spacious and great location. swimming pool and hot tub- very useful after day of hiking.

the hallways of the hotel could be cleaner for the place with excellent ratings. the door to the room needs to be not as loud. if it has small kitchen it’ll be good to have sponge to clean after eating in the room( including sink), a cutting board, toaster and proper knife. those things were not available.

We love the facilities and thr location. Right downtown whithin walking to all the restaurants and shops we like. Just minutes away from several off road trails.Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

This is the 3rd year in a row that neither built-in bbq functioned properly in the outdoor lounge area, but at least we checked first so we didn't waste money buying bbq supplies.

Pet friendly. Breakfast variety good.

Cleaning price for pets may be average but still way too much. No off street parking for taller than 10' vehicles. Staff not very friendly and left as I'm signing forms and stated to leave them on the counter. Morning staff seemed to overly watch (staring) guests as they ate breakfast. Walked in on before check out time by cleaning staff. Room did not have a do not disturb sign as seen on other rooms or possibly could have avoided this shocking experience.

Many good breakfast options Weds. evening comp. Salad, cheese and crackers was a pleasant surprise! Should be on more than 1/day per week. Generous size room with full-size fridge

Kitchenette cookware was minimal (no small pots or pans); also no sponge to wash dishes, even though there was liquid dish soap.

Very clean, excellent location to Arches as well as restaurants, dedicated staff, good security, breakfast included (convenient), drinking water w/lemon slices always available in lobby, pet friendly.

The pricing breakdown compared to Booking.com was confusing even though the totals matched. Parking was scarce.

the rooms were quiet. it was dog friendly. location was great.

one minor thing. I had booked through this app and had paid for the entire stay at the time of the reservation and the person checking me in thought I needed to pay still. she figured it out somehow but I really just wanted a key after a long drive. not a big deal really.

Good location. Quiet room and air conditioner. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Need better ventilation. A guest, about ten rooms down the corridor from us, cooked with oil and open his/her room door, so the smell of oil filled the air and penetrated into our room. Turning on our air purifier brought from home to the maximum did not help much. Fortunately they left after two nights. We noted that there was no ventilation fan above the stoves.

Great location, walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. Also had a good little laundry which was perfect for us to get some much needed washing done.

The beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and the breakfast while good got a little repetitive three mornings in a row.
