It was well managed all around. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Room was clean, orderly and spacious. The pool and spa were clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve ever seen, with plenty of choices, and available seating outside on the terrace.

I didn’t like the noise from the heavy traffic on Main Street. However This is only a minor complaint. On balance the hotel’s location was excellent; it was within one city block of numerous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and food trucks.

Room was wonderful. Hotel is closed to everything in town as well as the National Parks and Deadhorse State Park. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing it were amazing. If they saw you looking for something they were right there to help you and took your plate as soon as you were finished. This best western always had coffee on and there were many great selections for tea. Beds were so comfortable you didn't want to get up. Lots of towels. Space to sit on terrace. Fire pit on terrace above where they served breakfast.

We travel a lot… this town lodging was pricey so I looked for amenities- we LOVED this place! Large room, excellent breakfast, clean pool, and staff was the best! We were celebrating a graduation and a card and threats were left, had a puny family member and staff was on top of every request ! Breakfast staff and room staff acted like we were at a five star resort… also amazing location walked everywhere.

CLEAN! So clean and well taken care of! Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful! And Jorge at the breakfast Buffett was AWESOME! Breakfast was SO good and the outside deck area is amazing.! I knew when we walked in and saw how sparkling clean the lobby was that it would be a great stay! The shower was SO CLEAN! And you can tell they maintain it super well !

Staff was extremely friendly, especially the breakfast staff! Wide variety of food options for breakfast. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the pool was awesome, and the room was wonderful. The location on Main Street was an added bonus -- multiple shops and fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance (a couple of blocks).

the room was very nice and we loved the beds and the television. the breakfast there was amazing and the service met our expectations well. it was very cosy and exceptionally clean. customer service was great and the whole experience was very nice.

there wasn't much that we did not really like because the stay was overall great. the room was a bit small and a bit cold but other than that there is not much to complain about.

I liked how I requested an early check-in and stuff did a wonderful job of letting me know the moment my room was available. Also the room was exactly what I was looking for because I have a huge family.

The only negative thing and this is not the hotel's fault, was in the morning there was a lot of noise from dump trucks. Sunday morning apparently it's trash pickup.

Jorge the breakfast attendant was the best part of this stay. Super friendly and helpful. He is an asset to this hotel, and an example of good customer service. Accommodations are about the same as any similarly priced hotels in the area. Location is excellent for restaurants and Main Street shopping.

Located in the center of the city, all the shops are accessible on foot. Starting the day with a breakfast on the upstairs terrace is great. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and the beds comfortable. Everything is in place to enjoy the many activities offered in Moab

The room was fairly large and clean and comfortable. Breakfast both mornings was excellent with several items to choose from.

I was a little disappointed the rooms lacked balconies. Although breakfast was excellent, the ambiance was ruined by a loud talking Mexican lady incapable of shutting her mouth for one second and equally versed in annoying people in both English and Spanish. Too bad the staff were too nice to throw her out.
