Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn

It was well managed all around. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Room was clean, orderly and spacious. The pool and spa were clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve ever seen, with plenty of choices, and available seating outside on the terrace.

I didn’t like the noise from the heavy traffic on Main Street. However This is only a minor complaint. On balance the hotel’s location was excellent; it was within one city block of numerous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and food trucks.

Room was wonderful. Hotel is closed to everything in town as well as the National Parks and Deadhorse State Park. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing it were amazing. If they saw you looking for something they were right there to help you and took your plate as soon as you were finished. This best western always had coffee on and there were many great selections for tea. Beds were so comfortable you didn't want to get up. Lots of towels. Space to sit on terrace. Fire pit on terrace above where they served breakfast.

We travel a lot… this town lodging was pricey so I looked for amenities- we LOVED this place! Large room, excellent breakfast, clean pool, and staff was the best! We were celebrating a graduation and a card and threats were left, had a puny family member and staff was on top of every request ! Breakfast staff and room staff acted like we were at a five star resort… also amazing location walked everywhere.

CLEAN! So clean and well taken care of! Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful! And Jorge at the breakfast Buffett was AWESOME! Breakfast was SO good and the outside deck area is amazing.! I knew when we walked in and saw how sparkling clean the lobby was that it would be a great stay! The shower was SO CLEAN! And you can tell they maintain it super well !

the room was very nice and we loved the beds and the television. the breakfast there was amazing and the service met our expectations well. it was very cosy and exceptionally clean. customer service was great and the whole experience was very nice.

there wasn't much that we did not really like because the stay was overall great. the room was a bit small and a bit cold but other than that there is not much to complain about.

Staff was extremely friendly, especially the breakfast staff! Wide variety of food options for breakfast. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the pool was awesome, and the room was wonderful. The location on Main Street was an added bonus -- multiple shops and fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance (a couple of blocks).

We have been traveling for over a month....many nights in hotels. This was by far the "shining star" of the BW hotels we stayed in. It was very attractive, had an easy way to transfer luggage, great laundry facilities and was in a central location where we could walk to stores, restaurants and tourist shops. We loved the breakfast area, the food and the staff who worked there. They were super attentive and kind. They also had accommodations for equipment storage.

Honestly, we wouldn't change a thing. We wish all the BW hotels were as nice.

I liked how I requested an early check-in and stuff did a wonderful job of letting me know the moment my room was available. Also the room was exactly what I was looking for because I have a huge family.

The only negative thing and this is not the hotel's fault, was in the morning there was a lot of noise from dump trucks. Sunday morning apparently it's trash pickup.

The room was fairly large and clean and comfortable. Breakfast both mornings was excellent with several items to choose from.

I was a little disappointed the rooms lacked balconies. Although breakfast was excellent, the ambiance was ruined by a loud talking Mexican lady incapable of shutting her mouth for one second and equally versed in annoying people in both English and Spanish. Too bad the staff were too nice to throw her out.

Great Buffet Breakfast,Well maintained by Friendly Staff. Rooms & Beds perfectly clean & comfortable. The Absolutely Quietest Hotel room we ever stayed in! We NEVER heard anyone else's voices,footsteps,flushes & by cars in the parking lot it appeared fully occupied. Fantastic Location right by Main street. We walked out the door & within 200 feet we had a Great Italian Restaurant & meal at Jay's Pasta 1 night. The next night on the other side of S Main street we had Great Burger platters at Spoke on Center. A few blocks down the Moab Diner was also a great dining option we enjoyed. Just down the road City Market was a Great Reasonably priced supermarket for all your needs. We highly Recommend you stay here. Not Cheap but Worth It!
