I loved how roomy and clean it was!! I loved the kitchen and full fridge and everything!

Only three things. In my room most of the outlets were loose as far as holding in things I tried to plug in and need to be replaced. Second, though I didn't need any, I was shocked to see that the cupboards were totally bare!! It would be nice if the office gave a list, stating that there is nothing in the cupboards, along with no extra pillows or blankets, allowing people to check what they'll need. Third, along the same lines, the beds have barely any warm covers. I froze!!! Until I remembered that I could take the covers from the second bed and use.

The suite was a two bedroom unit with a TV in each bedroom, this was nice because my brother was with us and we went to bed much earlier than him so he could have his TV on longer. Also, there was a TV in the living room area. The suite was very "homey" with the kitchenette and was decorated in neutral colors with wood trim.

Our room was right by the stairs, so we heard people going up and down the stairs all through the night. The room had some "blemishes" some wear and some maintenance issues. The drapes were very wrinkled and had big brown stains that appeared to be, and I hope, were chocolate. The floors appeared clean but were very dirty. I had to clean up some spilled water, and the cloth was black from the amount of dirt on the floor. I always bring a pair of flip flops to wear for this reason. The location is a little far from I-95, not as convenient as I prefer.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I Actually Loved And Enjoyed My Stay. Can't Complain At All. Great Hospitality And They Don't Owe Me Anything I Appreciate Everything They Had To Offer!

Stayed on 3rd floor of the main building two bedroom at the end of a hallway. Very nice has a small kitchen. Queen beds are in separate rooms. Bathroom is separated with two doors, one person can take a shower and another person can brush their teeth at the bathroom sink. Has plenty of parking, two buildings, seating in front of main building and a table with bench seating under some trees in the middle of parking lot

I'm sure like many hotels during Covid-19 pandemic staff is very low. Had no one at the front desk waited almost 30 minutes plus for a front desk employee to arrive to be checked in at main building. Pillows were flat, if hotel didn't have any available, you can easily drive to a Target or Walmart to pick up a pillow. Hotel is at the end of road surrounded by several businesses. You may think hotel is not on road because of the other businesses

The room was nice, beds comfortable & not alot of noise.

Upon Arrival the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation because booking had me coming in the next day but confirmation was sent. That was really strange. Their was no breakfast or pool.

I have stayed a many Extended Stay America locations and this is one of the nicest I have seen. The staff at this location are truly concerned about guests having a positive experience. The location feels safe and secluded in an upscale office park. The property is within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the mattress is comfy. Everything has been fantastic, especially for this price point. This is like a little hidden gem...

The location was great the area was nice

The mattress wasn't comfortable I could feel pieces coming from out of the mattress it was poking me in my side it could use a mattress cover under the sheet the fitted sheet

entrance dirty. and smelly. hallway carpet is nasty. smell of cigarettes and pet odor was bad in hallway and room I sprayed a whole van febreze to get the odor out of the room. they need to pull the mattress away from the head board and vacuum the box spring it is nasty. food was left in the refrigerator.

The staff was very attentive and friendly.

When one of Two rooms reserved for mecwas already occupied. I decided that we would stay in just the one available room. I requested a refund for the other room and was told by staff that it would be processed. So far no refund has been received. We stayed there in November.

Like the quiet location in the business park.

Lack of bath towels. Given an adjoining room and neighbor was noisy. TV on all night long, late phone calls with loud voices. Outside door handle missing from entrance door. Some kid set off the fire alarm.
