location and staff were phenomenal! haven’t had such a friendly stay in a long time! The room was great but a little worn and was not my favorite Aloft layout but that is just my preference when staying with our pets! overall I 110% recommend and will stay again- just falls slightly short of perfect!

It was very comfortable and clean. The pool was out of order, so they called a sister hotel and asked if we could use their pool. This made my daughter (4yr old) so happy! They dried our swim suites when we were done and were so caring -- making sure we had everything we wanted. Thanks so much!

It was perfect!

The staff was welcoming at the desk during check-in, we were only staying overnight so we were not here for very long. The attached garage was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived and departed. The room are on the small side but comfortable with the way they are setup.

The woman who checked us in was great. She was even patient while training. Super nice and explained the evening’s events. Great attitudes go along way!

I’m a fan of complimentary breakfast. This was the only thing remotely disappointing, but knew it wasn’t offered when I booked.

We really liked the property. Our first room was next to a very loud barking dog, the staff member quickly changed our room. The second room was great. No noise, very comfortable bed, and great shower. We were unfamiliar with the area, Short Pump, it was very cute and a fun place to stay.

Our only complaint would be that the walls are quite thin.

The visitors staying in the room beside us were very loud, but I did not report a complaint. I understand it's a hotel and noise is to be expected

There was a creepy door in the ceiling of the bathroom. I'm sure an access hatch but first I've seen that in a hotel like this.

The location was awesome. Right off the main street. Quiet. Beautiful view and everyone was super nice. The beds were super comfortable. The tavern below the hotel was very nice. Not having to worry about getting an uber was cool. We drank a few at the tavern then enjoyed the bar at the hotel.

always love staying here for thanksgiving every year. i'm particularly impressed with the streaming services, different pillow choices, and the dispensers for soap and shampoo.

i would love it if this place had more options for food, drinks, alcohol, etc. a cafe/bar would be great, otherwise, the convenience of chips and sodas/waters is satisfactory.

In a great location and everyone was very friendly also the were pet friendly.

our TV did not work also the room had a strong smell of mariquana and we had a hard time sleeping with the smell.

The property is close to lots of restaurants. the staff is very friendly.

It was hard to find the lobby to check in. When we got there it was very loud because it was Salsa night and there were people everywhere. It was hard to even get to the ice. The beds were not very comfortable and the hairdryer did not work. Overall though it was a good stay.
