affordable and convenient for our purposes

it was kind of tucked in an odd spot close to a lot of construction.. also, the mattresses were comfortable. However, I think they should rotate the mattresses a little bit more frequently. It was obvious to me that the bed that I slept in one side was where most people slept. Is it dipped on that side?

Very crowded so I didnt use.

I wanted to stay an extra night for work after being there a week but the desk clerk wouldn't give me the same rate that I received for that week. It seems if I was given a certain rate a common courtesy would have been to give me one more night at that previous price. Therefore I left and stayed at the Holiday Express where the bathrooms and closets were a lot bigger and a lot less than your facility was going to charge. You need to let your desk clerk have the authority to give your working people that come all the time the same rate if they need to stay extra time. Sometimes we cannot predict the exact amount of time a job will take.

The room was clean, spacious, and up to date. There was also a good breakfast.

The elevator is not in the lobby. You actually have to climb 8 steps from the lobby to get to the first floor of rooms. Or, you have to drive your car around to the back of the building and enter there to get to the first floor without steps or to get the elevator to the second floor. This is a huge hassle for people with mobility issues. Even if you are on the first floor, if you want to go to the lobby for breakfast and can't navigate steps, you have to get back in your car and drive around to the front of the building.

Extraordinarily comfortable bed. Very spacious room. Clean and nice furniture/bathroom. Very close to Monticello and not far from Charlottesville. Some nice restaurant within 10 minutes drive.

The pool was not ready to swim. The lady at the front desk wasn't very nice. The area wasn't very nice.

Convenient to interstate 64 and only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte. 

A little tricky, finding the entrance, even though it is immediately beside I 64. It appears that it’s getting near time to clean the hall carpets. -2nd floor room was very clean and comfortable. 

Room was comfy, bed great, bath clean. Breakfast was great.

Reservation was 'lost' front desk came thru with a room. 2 fulls instead of 1 queen, but very nice and comfortable. Very thankful for that as tge hotel was very full with an event on Saturday night.

Location and just about everything

The vaccine might not work, the room was clean but when I lifted my feet off the rug, allot of stuff stuck to the bottom of my feet.

It was a great stay , in the morning it was the day of the big snowstorm, the snow started at 7am, the power went out at 930, your crew was so helpful and caring , I cannot say enough kind things about your staff that day , they made sure everyone could get out , shovels were available , they kept on the plow guy who was not very responsive , they got food to people who needed it and were just so helpful and kind

Get a new plow guy

the staff was friendly and extremely helpful and the rooms were just amazing

the parking lot filled very quickly and was mainly filled with work trucks instead of them parking on the lot that it said was for them

Easy to find. Front desk manager was very pleasant. He also got us a new coffee machine since the one in there was not working. We also really liked the wide variety of breakfast foods offered to choose from

Our room was adjacent to the main hotel laundry room. It was very noisy even after 10 pm.
