Holiday Inn Express & Suites Reidsville, an IHG Hotel

The front desk staff is always amazing and very nice. The black guy that does the cleaning/laundry is always friendly and welcoming.

Price is expensive per night for Reidsville, NC, we found cheaper prices in Greensboro, NC. Sometimes we stay here when we have extra money, but other times we stay in Greensboro due to cheaper prices for a higher-end hotel, that is closer to attractions and restaurants. Also, the kitchen lady is not very helpful, kind of rude. I asked for a biscuit and she said she wasn't going to make more because the kitchen/breakfast closed in 15 minutes. I felt like when you're in customer service there is a nicer way that things like that can be said or you could offer something else as an alternative.

Rooms are designed very efficiently with several towel hooks, built-in luggage stand next to the closet and many plug-in outlets for electrical devices. Modern bathroom fixtures, bright soft lights along the mirror, auto night light and towel hooks to allow towels to dry!

Breakfast could be improved with fresher fruits, healthier buffet selections.

The staff here was beyond excellent! They were so friendly. We had trouble with our Tv sound not working and the traffic noise coming from the interstate made it hard to sleep. They tried to fix the t.v. , but when they were unsuccessful they upgraded our room to make us have a better stay. (All with smiles on their faces) The server in charge of breakfast was a delight as well. Everyone here was so pleasant and friendly. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely be staying here.

Beds were extremely soft and comfortable. I slept 9 hours! Coffee was ready when I got up at 6. Breakfast was what I expected. Good. No bacon though. Husband was sad.

Crazy out of the way, which was fine but maybe a bigger sign showing to road to turn into. We missed it even with the GPS.

Everyone was amazing and very helpful!! Came from Florida on an unexpected trip to go to a funeral with 4 kids! The kids were stressing us out and was so loud but the staff was very understanding and even asked if they could help us bring things to our room with our hands being full! Definitely will be staying again

The staff was so kind and courteous. Sara was incredibly helpful and kind and I lost my keys and Megan found them and turned them in immediately and the staff knew right away that they belonged to me. I am so grateful for that!

Room was very nice and modern. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.

Location seemed a little sketchy. Right off the highway. When we arrived there was a large group hanging out outside drinking behind their trucks. Not sure if they were guests or not. Elevator area and front entrance were not very clean.

Convenient location, friendly staff, hotel was very clean.

Room was a little noisy next to the highway. I'd ask to stay in a room facing the front of the property next time.

My family was excited about the hot breakfast menu was back which we enjoyed. The staff took care of our any problems we had. We look forward to staying at the same hotel next year hopefully.

Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient to Greensboro.
