Great room, decorated with taste, view on the marina, fridge, coffee machine, free garage. Lots of restaurants at walking distance

I loved the friendly, helpful staff and especially the supervisor (Monica?). She was amazing and helpful—just did all she could to make my stay pleasant. I liked the restaurant and huge tv!

I hate the garage area. It wasn’t clean or safe looking. I felt unsafe every time I got out to come in hotel-there aren’t any cameras. It needs to be more open/visible to the hotel staff. I liked the room decor before but new decor was ok. Should be microwave available if not in rooms.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. On site parking garage was only $10 a day. And it’s less then 20 minutes from a locals beach.

The rooftop pool situation was a little complicated. It doubles as a club. The lady working the door was asking us for $20 a person and we’re like “we’re staying at the hotel and you want us to pay for the pool?”. They need to have a better system for that. Or at least someone with better people skills working the door. All the rest of the staff was perfect. Also since the pool doubles as a club the pool water gets dirty QUICK! We went on Sunday evening while they were cleaning it by Monday morning it was murky again.

Location was great and was in walking distance of several restaurants and other places in the area. Two of the staff: LaMonica at the front desk and Tasha in the restaurant went above and beyond their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable at the hotel. Only issue, the hotel was a bit pricey for the 4 day stay.

Resort fee and daily city tax added on to the cost of the room brought up the daily rate for the room.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower and the water pressure was amazing as well! The room was comfortable and clean with the mini fridge.

I wish there was a microwave for our dinner left overs. We were directly above the pool/party but it ended at 10pm which was fine with us, but if I had been there to go directly to bed.. that was not going to happen. We didn't mind the noise/music. The 2nd floor was noisy and very busy but there was also a party/reunion going on. $10 Parking also seemed a little high in addition to the price I paid for the room, parking should be included for guests especially since we drove 2 cars.

The first meeting of the reception area, staff was excellent ! She went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased in everything. Thanks to her, this is our new best place to stay in VA.. The world needs more people like her. I believe her name was La-Monica. She get 10 out of 10 stars on our rating scale. She crushed it ! Thanks you Hilton for making our stay the best.

There were no dislikes.

This is the 1st time I have been back since the hotel has done renovations and I must say everything looks great! The was very comfortable and quiet. The waterfront view was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. There were alot of options and there was also a amazing waterfront view there as well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The shower drain was a little slow. Very minor and would definitely stay again.

Friendliness of all staff. Comfortable, large room. Walking distant to shopping and eating. Many places to just sit and relax outdoors and enjoy the Marina.

My room was on 7th floor. Above the outdoor pool, and the music was loud at times.

Bed was very comfortable. View was fantastic

I liked he bathroom design, the beds were very comfortable. The large TV was nice.

Booked a room with a water view but when we arrived The key card Would not work nor would a second one. We were Given another room with a water view but not the full water view we would have gotten in the first room. They had an event going that day and to be honest I feel like the room was Given to someone else. There was construction going on By the elevator with no signs when I stepped off the elevator I tripped on the cord lying on the floor as you step off the elevator I didn’t Fall but I could have..
