The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast was more and better than anticipated. The staff was very nice.

The bed was ridiculously high. I am 5'2", and the top of the mattress was at my chest level. They had a plastic stool to use to get into bed. The height/stool situation was precarious in the night, in the dark as you needed to get to the facilities. The location was both convenient (easy on and off the highway) and somewhat seedy. I would not have been comfortable staying here had I not had my husband with me. This is not the hotel's fault, but location and a sense of safety are key.

The room was very spacious, very inviting looking. Bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very quiet and room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. TV was very good with great choice of stations. This Best Western was very conveniently located off of the interstate and had easy access back on.

The only thing that was inconvenient was you had to go through next door hotel parking lot to get to the traffic light, which if the hotel clerk had not told me about would have been inconvenient making a left turn out onto the main road. (which is beyond the control of Best Western).

Room size was nice & our room had a great mini fridge/ microwave area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for kids & has a waffle bar! Indoor pool was an added bonus even though it's chilly. Good location with multiple shopping centers & parks within 12 minutes.

The beds are super tall & harder for small children to navigate. Room cleaning has to be requested. At breakfast the waffle station only has one waffle maker that takes a while to finish.

Incredible staff, especially Ms. April! Everyone is so kind. This hotel is exceptionally clean, especially compared to other nearby hotels at this price point. Breakfast was always hot and ready in the morning, sometimes even a little early, which was greatly convenient for my ever changing work schedule. I rarely heard my neighbors if at all. Definitely a wonderful stay, and would love to stay here again if I should need to be in the Friendly City again.

We cant say enough good things about our stay! we checked in very late due to driving late from CT. Gavin was such a pleasant face to see when we walked in and made checking in and getting to our room so easy and quick! The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and I’m currently placing an order to buy the bed pillows for my bed at home! the breakfast had many options, it was delicious and having the yogurt and fruit to go was great for our continued drive!

my only complaint is that anyone over 5’4” has to literally duck to get under the shower head! but it was removable so it didn’t bother me at all!

Good location, clean and friendly staff.

Various things in room were not functioning properly. Couldn’t get desk light to work, fridge froze everything and had no temp adjustment, wiFi would turn off periodically and torpedoed an important IOS update from Apple that left my I-Pad nonfunctional so that I could not complete my photo assignment of the Red Wings Root Music Festival. Thus I doubt I will depend on this hotel for future festivals.

We stay at this hotel everything we make the drive from Georgia to New Jersey since it is our halfway point. We have stayed here multiple times now, even before it was a Best Western. We have always had great experiences with staff, our rooms, and the pool area. The continental breakfast is adequate, but nothing to write home about.

Breakfast could have offered cereal as PART of the free breakfast instead of being an additional charge from the store.

Jill at the front desk was exceptional. She greeted up with a smile and cheery attitude. When we asked about dinner and brewery locations, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and even gave additional recommendations outside of the ones listed on their pre-printed list.

The breakfast could have had a little bit more variety, but by all means for a complimentary breakfast it was on par.

The hotel is newly updated and very clean. The woman who checked us in (and out) was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. It was quiet, at least on the side of the hotel we stayed in (overlooking the parking lot, not the truck stop). Freezer in the fridge is a plus.

People have complained about the height of the beds, which are pretty high up there. This wasn't a problem for us, but we thought the mattress wasn't firm enough (possibly due to a very thick mattress topper?). Despite this complaint, we had a good night's sleep.

Overall the location was modern and clean and felt safe. Plenty of parking. Beds and pillows were comfortable and room had everything we needed. Many mentioned that the beds were too high but I'm short and didn't find that to be the case. I would recommend staying here.

Breakfast could be improved and could have been more fresh. Also some vegetarian options would have been great or some fresh fruit. Other than that nothing else wrong.
