I really enjoyed the simple layout of the room. The hooks and multi-use spaces were very modern and well thought out. There was space for everything my family of 4 needed.

My only negative, and it really isn't much of one, is that there was less breakfast choices than other hotels. There was no option for pancakes or waffles. They had eggs, some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, bagels, and fruit, but I really would have liked some pancakes or waffles.

I like the fact that it was clean and the hotel is new. The location is great. They welcome you with fresh brewed coffee. Tea is always available. They have good quality yogurts for breakfast.

Very minimalistic, they don’t even provide a disposable laundry bag. Breakfast egg&cheese muffins were hot but not edible.

Nice and new, all the amenities you need without clutter. convenient to highways and everything else on Salem. Room was quiet.

Checkin was not simple even though we already paid via booking.com. Confirmed a king room but were initially placed in double room because of our pet (eventually given king).

We love these new streamlined rooms, particularly the non-carpeted floors and the modern shower enclosures, and this one didn't disappoint. The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The location is excellent for being able to stay out of the crowds around Blacksburg or Roanoke, but still get to Tech easily and still close enough to stores and restaurants.

The breakfast offerings were not as robust as we've seen in some other hotels of this type, but there was still plenty to eat.

The design and color scheme was unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before.

The property was fine and this is beyond their control but the roadwork happening right near the property wasn’t fun. It made getting in for the first time a little confusing for my son.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location and parking was great. We traveled with a family of 5 and we fit perfectly in the room we booked.

The breakfast could have been a little better. It was organized and clean but there wasn’t a lot to choose from.

Everything was as expected. We only stayed for a stopover on a longer roadtrip, and to that end it was perfect. Plenty of restaurants around the corner, clean and tidy, and one of the better hotel gyms you'll see.

Breakfast was not the most exciting.

the staff were very attentive! the Manager was always working hard and handled all our requests. our stay was for 7 days and it was great. the decor is really nice and this is a very new property.

The toilet paper has to go. not only was it more like tissue paper but the rools had shreds of paper in them. This can make or break a stay.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, awesome shower, and roomy for walker in room. 24 hour coffee in lobby.

No coffee pots in room! Didn’t want to go to lobby in pj for coffee. No closets, drawers, limited hangers. No comfort chairs only one desk chair.

Modern and new. Pet-friendly, convenient to the highway. The BED…delightful!! Plush and comfortable with just enough support for a great night’s sleep! Breakfast was good, too!

We just stayed for one night, but no complaints here!
