The location is spectacular, right off of interstate 64, 3 very good restaurants within a 3 to 5 minutes walking distance, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Kohl's, and other fine stores within a 10 minute drive away, close to all of Waynesboro's many attractions, great indoor pool, spa, exercise room. The continental breakfast was superb, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The mountain view was nice especially in the mornings. It was a great experience. Thank you IHG.

There was nothing detrimental that I experienced in my stay and I look forward to my next visit.

Great breakfast buffet included. Very kind staff and clean room with fridge/microwave. Quiet. Considerably cheaper than same hotel in nearby Staunton, definitely worth the short detour on our long drive home.

Pool wasn’t heated and felt unusually cold for an indoor pool (my daughter was shivering) and hot tub was also not heating but seemed a little warmer than the pool, so luckily it was big enough to entertain my 7 year old.

I appreciate 24 hr decaf coffee. The mattress (with topper removed) was firm enough to be good for my husband's back. Very good water pressure and flow in shower.

The breakfast had few healthy or vegetarian options. No recumbent bike in the gym (my husband likes to use in am). Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. For breakfast I appreciate skim milk or almond milk (weren't there) but ended up taking an apple and banana.

Selected for proximity to Shenandoah NP entrance which is about 5 mi away. At booking thought the price was high but comparable to area. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that this facility is updated and fresh with warm decor. The room is spacious and comfortable, laid out for practical use. I give the bed 6 stars probably the most comfortable I have encountered! Breakfast area is clean and food ample and good selection of cold and hot items.

It was odd that the bathroom door could not open fully because toilet obstructed it but other than that I would return here and felt home away from home!

The breakfast was great! Loved the pancake maker. I've never seen one of those before. Wide variety of breakfast was offered. The room was large and beds were comfortable. Great location. Very friendly staff.

We were sad that the Jacuzzi and pool were closed due to mechanical issues. Could have used the jacuzzi.

I can't say enough good things about this entire experience! The staff were amazing, everything was super clean. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfortable bed. Linens and towels were very good quality, and the bed pillows were seriously amazing! The bathroom amenities were good, Bath & Body coconut lime verbena shower gel and lotion was a very nice touch!! The room had a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The heating and air worked great, the room was seriously comfortable. There's an indoor pool on site, extremely clean environment, luscious beach towels on site as well! I swam for more than two hours. They were getting Christmas decorations out & up; it was nice to see them getting festive!!! Breakfast was included, from 6:30 to 9:30. It was very nice!! A wide assortment of good food, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal, hot fresh cinnamon buns, bread, bagels, and more. We really enjoyed that! This was a great stay, and I can't wait to go back!

My only negative was that the hot tub was out of commission. I had really been looking forward to enjoying that, along with my swim.

no ice on our floor, no credit card for washer/dryer. not hot breakfast options. Poor ventilation in bathrooms…everything was wet when taking shower. some staff was not that friendly. would be great to know about renovations ahead of time.

Due to decreased staff, the breakfast was terrible. The lady doing the breakfast was the same one manning the front desk and phone so you can imagine how that went. I do not blame the staff, but not a good reflection on the hotel either.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was a bonus. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows as always.

Door didn’t fit well so a bit noisy but I understand that renovations are taking place.

The room was very clean. Staff great. We were on motorcycles and cold and wet. Relief the room was great

No hot tub for us weary motorcycle travelers. Lol
