Big rooms, comfy beds, pet friendly. The Night Auditor Brandon was amazing! There was a discrepancy in our reservation that would not allow us to check in. He went above and beyond to solve the issue. Not only did he spend thirty minutes (possibly more) on the phone with Booking.com reps, he got hung up on and called back again. The whole time he was on the phone caring for us he was answering phone calls, checking other guests in and put out a fire in the outside cigarette butt disposal. He is what customer service should be!!

Breakfast was mediocre. Not a lot of variety.

there were two men in the room next to us that arrived to the hotel around 11:30 PM. They talking non stop and it was loud enough to wake me and my wife up. you could here everything through the walls. The 2 men were construction workers. Unfortunately, there was a lot of foul language being shouted and their TV was left on very loud all night, and they were having loud conversations in the hallway. hardly got any sleep, so for this reason, it was not a good stay.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great overall. The rooms were quiet so you couldn't really hear anyone else. Like how the dog walking area you have dog poop bags offered and a trash can right there. Room was very clean.

Just a suggestion is to put a trash can by the picnic tables near the pool area so people can throw trash away.

The front desk clerk Brittany was extremely nice on checkout. Very friendly and so nice. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good and good choices. Pool was nice for the children! Brittany even called me upon leaving and let me know I has forgotten something. Hotel was great! Loved the cappuccino and coffee available 24 hours!

The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, and had fridge and microwave. all those make a stay more comfortable. All pluses.

The desk clerk was very gruff, did not make eye contact. He was efficient. However, 5 minutes later, when we were walking back into the hotel, he asked if we had already checked in. As I indicated, he did not make eye contact on check in.

We liked having a refrigerator in the room; however, we both forgot to take our lunch for today & my lunch bag, which made me sad.

This was not terrible.....but Temp was 62° when we got in room. Took awhile to warm it up to 72° but at least we were able to do it without calling someone.

The hotel is in a great central location for the area. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was not up to standard. We went down to eat around 9:00 a.m. They were out of cereal bowls and the napkins and fork containers were empty. The food wasn’t near as appetizing as the last time we stayed at this location. The staff seemed to be trying hard to keep up with everything, but the experience missed the mark.

The location was good, close to our last hike for the week. Breakfast was good as well, pretty good variety. The bed was super comfortable. The microwave came in handy to heat up our slice of pizza.

The price was too high. The heater/AC was rattling so we had to turn it off. The hot water took a really long time to make it to the fourth floor!

Clean well kept. Breakfast with both hot and cold items: waffles, pancakes,eggs, sausages,yogurt hard boiled eggs. Although conveniently right off the highway the windows are soundproofed and heard no noise. Pool area clean and inviting.

Nice, clean, quiet during night. The only thing we didn’t like was a large gap between entrance door & floor … felt like / mind thought lack of privacy even though place was not noisy / loud at all
