We love that we were right on the beach and that valet parking was available. We also love having our own kitchen space. The housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk staff were all amazing!!!!

One of the valet drivers stole my car charger and tried to say maybe the car was broken into. No one else had access to our car beside us and them. The valet that rode his skateboard apologized and offered to give us one of his. We were more upset about the denial than anything. It’s the principality of the whole situation.

Everything, personal is really helpful and kind, all the place and rooms are clean and good smell, this is a small Hotel but it has a bit of everything, jacuzzi is great, the breakfast was decent and location perfect. Laundry room, detergent, fabric softener sheets are free also razor blades are free. Rolling beds are available too. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

The only problem was my king size bed mattress was uncomfortable, I tough first that it was just me so the 2nd day my son slept there and said that the mattress was bad so the 3rd night the personal added a fitting sheet to it and helped a bit.

The breakfast was very much appreciated and very good! I loved the variety so there was something for everyone. I wish it went a little longer until 10:30 but other than that it's great! And I think the location is perfect with plenty of seating inside and out. And I loved how this hotel is so pet friendly-this is the main reason I chose this hotel but so very glad I did. The staff was very professional but also very friendly and accommodating.

I really can't think of anything-sorry but not sorry lol. I would come again and plan on telling all my family and friends. Great value for the money-all this and right on beach. You can't beat it!!!

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the beautiful view, free breakfast, room size, and the ability to shower without the leftover sand stopping up the shower. And pretty much everything else.

I didn't like not having a full stove. After staying at this location last year and having a full stove in our unit, we were under the impression that all units were the same in that aspect. This definitely changed a lot of our meal plans. You guys might want to start mentioning that somewhere in the room descriptions.

location is right on the waterfront and excellent. it was also right in the center of everything you need for restaurants and the festival near the Neptune statue. staff is amazing and so helpful. we even rented a motorized cart for my dad that was ready when we got there. they were able to accommodate getting rooms next door during a busy weekend. the rooms were very spacious and loved having large windows in the bedroom for the sunrise and a balcony door to relax. the breakfast was tasty and I know they tried hard to make it nice for a free buffet.

the hotel could use a bit of maintenance such as dispensers in all rooms for shampoo. my had one but my parents didn’t. I also would prefer to have a cleaning service daily and if it is periodically, then a good cleaning. we didn’t need much so I’m not disappointed but emptying trash and cleaning dishes are helpful on the cleaning days.

The suite concept was good. There was the bedroom and the living room. I was able to cook for my family. Plus, the full sized refrigerator made food easy to store.

Only one room was available at check-in. We had 3 rooms. The limited parking meant we had to unload all baggage plus chairs and pile into one room. Then we had to keep going downstairs to check to see if our other rooms were available. It took about 2 more hours. Needless to say, our first night got off to a bad start.

-the staff is amazing. from the valet guy to the front desk staff, everyone was super friendly and seemed to enjoy being there. we had great chats with the night manager too on our late night walks with the dog. I wish I remembered his name, but he’s a super tall guy, you can’t miss him. he made it his business to chat in between his clearly busy night, which we appreciated. he also liked our pitbull which is always a plus. -the rooms are spacious with plenty of room for your pooch in the kitchen and living areas. housekeeping was available whenever you needed them and everything was clean. -the location is perfect. close to a cafe for breakfast/lunch and pizza place across the street. i loved the grassy area for the dogs to do their business without having to walk on the main Ave.

only complaint I can think of would be Parking if we had to have moved our car. the valet guy was cool and didn’t seem bothered by having to walk to get people’s cars, but investing in a parking garage would be nice. not a deal-breaker

The location, the room, comfortable bed, perfect clean room, fast elevators, jacuzzi, been able to have my dog, friendly staff, not expensive, the pool is nice, had a really good time, the hotel is not too big which make our walks around short, we all had good time there

I hope the mattress of the sofa bed get replace by the time we return, my kids said that it was uncomfortable worn and had to sleep on the floor; the parking was the main issue it was not enough, appreciate the valet parking but didn't work for us, the breakfast buffet needs more variety on food.
