The room was absolutely beautiful and stocked so we could shop and cook ourselves or just bring home take out and relax. The hotel was convenient and I really loved that they had free laundry on every other floor so I didn't have to pack home dirty clothes. You have immediate beach access and food right across the street. All in all, we are hoping to stay again someday in the near future!

Only complaints are that the hotel had an elevator out during our whole stay. Being on the 16th floor we waited almost 20 minutes to get on at one point. Second issue was that the TV's in the room did not have any smart features. It would have been nice to be able to get netflix at the least to watch something other then basic cable.

Staff was super friendly, accommodating. The guest laundry was great The fire lit was awesome The rooms were amazingly quiet, never heard neighbors or anyone in the halls

The gym had 4/5 not properly functioning machines. The Peloton bikes did not work, the elliptical dod not work, the stepper/elliptical didn't work and thr one that did did not function properly. The weight training machines were all only for arms. No wipes to sanitize equipment were available. The wallpaper was peeling off. Our microwave went the 2nd day and we askes that someone come fix it. Never got fixed. The pools except doe the jacuzzi, were cold. The water pressure needs to be checked. I took two cool showers. Only one elevator out of 2 worked out entire stay. Getting our luggage down from the room and to our car was way too long due to multiple cars, luggage carts, and people all trying to get out at the same tome

I love how the room was like an apartment. It was nice and clean and right on the beach. Even though I didn't bring my kids this time It had a nice big playground that was located right on the beach in the back of the hotel by the boardwalk. Everything is in walking distance with lots of restaurants, Ice cream shops and pizza spots to eat. We will definitely be back next summer with the kids!

I booked the partial Ocean view and there was no view at all. Usually when I booked partial I can actually see the ocean but I couldn't at this hotel. I was on the 13th floor and you had to be hanging off the balcony just to see a piece of the ocean. I would suggest just getting a ocean view if you expect to see the ocean.

LOVED the location, the 3 pools & the friendly helpful staff. Texting our requests is a game changer! The staff answered immediately and I felt like I had a team at my side 24/7, brilliant.

The way finding on our floor that was hanging was pointing in the wrong direction and other ones were missing completely. We asked for an ice bucket because the refrigerator wasn’t making ice and it took a lot of texts and requests to get it but we did on day 2. I could find signage on the pool stating the hours. The information page on the web says that the fitness center is on 17 but it’s actually on 2.

There are nice two indoor pools and two outdoor pools which were the best for the family including our kids. Tiki bar was right next to the pool where we can order food and drinks, we can eat and drink by the pools. It’s also an amazing location for everything. The kid’s playground on the beach is right in front of the hotel as well. This hotel is the BEST for family. Great mood and atmosphere. Nice interior and very clean. Their amenities are amazing as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone. Anyone who books this hotel won’t regret a bit. Workers there are FANTASTIC, so nice and helpful from check in to check out. We are coming back to stay again for sure soon.

The hotel does cover parking at the garage across the street and allows you to stay parked until 2pm the day you check out. The good thing is they allow in and out parking. The room I stayed in had a partial ocean view. I'm glad my neighbors didn't use their balcony, otherwise I would have been looking at them to see the ocean. They did send me to the concierge at check in for their sales pitch. I declined and wasn't harrassed, though I only stayed 1 night.

I paid 634 for a one night stay in AUG 21. Way overpriced for VA Beach, in my opinion. I've stayed around the world & never paid so much for one night. The coffee maker didn't work, and breakfast wasn't included. There was a thunder storm the night I stayed there, so they closed the kitchen at the sister property beach bar... 🤔 The bathroom only has soap, shampoo, and lotion, make sure you pack conditioner if you normally use it. Another thing I didn't like is check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10, too late to check in and too early for checkout. Although, the hotel does allow you to park at the garage prior to check in.

I love all of the amenities the property has to offer. Rooms are always nice, spacious & clean.

One of the biggest dislikes was the bar area inside the hotel not being open. I’ve been to this property during the warm season & the cooler/chillier season and I was very disappointed that a restaurant/bar wasn’t offered year round. Second issue was I would have liked for a KING size bed to be offered with all the suites. With the 1st stay we had at this property, we had a King Bed but only had a partial ocean view. This next time around I booked a Ocean View specifically but they only offered Queen sized beds, which seems a little backwards.

Everything and Everybody was great, even though I was trying to check in at the wrong hotel (the sister property) they gave me precise directions and they even called them to let them know I was on my way. And WOW they were so accommodating when I arrived, staff even helped me to my suite. And again Everything was Awesomely Excellent 👌 very clean, fresh smelling, more than I expected. So high 10+ for Staff and Property. They made my Family's Christmas the best one in 23yrs. So Thank You so very much HILTON OCEANAIRE VACATION CLUB property in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

staff was amazing and very friendly / helpful , we ended up having a late breakfast with family who was local and it made our check out time delayed , yet the staff was very understanding of the situation and allowed us still to continue with the reserved checkout even though it was past the time stated.

honestly this is the one of the few locations we have stayed at where there was not anything to comment about what we didn’t like . we are already booking another trip here this year.

The room was excellent. They let us upgrade to a full view which was great. Loved getting up and taking photos of the sunrise. The pools and hot tub were great. The service was excellent

Our ice maker was replaced and still didnt work. We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay an additional day but to do so would have doubled a one night stay. Which wasn’t reasonable.
