I absolutely love the fact that this is an older hotel that has completely remolded and is keeping the price low. I will usually stay in a larger hotel, but this time I decided to try this. It was clean and fresh. Great modern colors, and light and clean.

Room was very clean and came with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, teas, coffees & toiletries, all very helpful for us. Hotel provided a travel crib which was great. Grab and go breakfast suited us all. The pool looks like it would be lovely in season. Washer & dryer in hotel was ideal for our family. The staff did everything they could for us to make us comfortable and suggest places to visit, they could not have done more for us. The children loved it. We had an ocean view from our room which was perfect, though not every room would have this, I imagine the hotel would accommodate a request for a view. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty shops & restaurants nearby. A lovely welcome after a very long journey was much appreciated and so was the elevator!

Room service is every 3 days, following covid, it may be time to reassess this. However we received clean towels and other provisions upon request. Grab & go breakfast suited us but some guests may prefer a separate area to have breakfast but space may not permit. We utilised the spare bedding for the travel crib, however a sheet & blanket sized for the crib may suit other guests better. The hanging space for clothes is "half height" so we had to utilise hooks to hang our dresses. We had a great time (almost 2 weeks) and would certainly be back in the future.

Breakfast was a grab no go bag. Juice was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Elevator did not work when got in so had to carry luggage up 4 flights. Sucked. But told them in the morning and wS fixed by the time got back to hotel. Really clean room!

The room size and amenities fit the needs of our family of five. The location was perfectly across from the oceanfront. The shower head pressure was really nice as well. The hotel surpassed my expectations for the stay and it was way better than the Sheraton across the street, in which I stayed in the off-season.

The double size beds were not ideal for two adults and they were on the very firm side, but the pillows were comfortable. Parking during peak hours was sparse and the space size barely fit our mini van. The kids said the pool could have been bigger. Other than that, there wasn't much to not like.

Beach was across the street and very convenient! restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was continental in a designated room not located in the lobby/checkout area. (Closely monitored by staff) Will need to access using your room key. Consisted of Coffee, juice machine, yogurt machine, grab n go items like oatmeal packs, breakfast claws/coffee cake, nature valley oat bars. Not much to choose from to my liking.

We booked a double suite, and it was great!! The unit was clean upon our arrival, it had a full size stove, complete with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils!!! The unit was almost like a tiny apartment!! We had 2 adults, and 3 teens, and there was plenty of room!! The staff was very friendly, and accommodating! I asked the housekeeping staff for a broom to help keep down on the sand, and they let us use it the length of our stay. The pool was on the small side, but it was clean!! The motel is literally across the street from the beach!! The price we got our room for was phenomenal, and we will absolutely be back!!!

The only thing negative I have so say is that there were jets flying over both days we were there, but that is not the hotels fault.

For the price of the suite it was comfortable for two adults snd two teenagers. It was close to everything. The breakfast was simple and the staff were very friendly.

The parking lot was small and tight. The airplanes were constantly flying over. People were hanging outside the rooms drinking in the parking lot.

The room was newly renovated and everything was nice and clean and easily accessible.

The full size beds were way too small a queen size would have been better. My Marriott bon voy points were not applied to this day because I booked it through a third party and I don't know how to change that so that I get my points.

Clean room, looked like they've been renovating and touching up the place. Friendly staff. Fair pricing, great location for price, 3 blocks down from Neptune's statue. Prebagged breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurts, coffee and juices available as well.

Covid restrictions for housekeeping being every 3 days, not their fault, and our sheets and towels lasted us during our stay. We could call for changes or more if needed, but didn't have to.
