My booking was not in the system even though I paid in full. Manager took the time to find me the same room I wanted and get me in the system with no problem. Staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel is beautiful! Rooms quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there every time I visit Bush Gardens.

Very friendly staff and clean accommodations.

Too expensive for a less than 24 hour stay. Did NOT like the fact that my credit card was charged a day or 2 Early before I arrived, and was told that that was to make sure that the hotel got their money if I didn’t show. I understand that I would have been charged if I didn’t show, but I should not have been charged until I either arrived, or didn’t show. Myself and another family member were going to split the cost of the room, but wasn’t even given the chance to. Also, breakfast serving area is too cramped. Especially around the waffle irons.

It close to all the restaurants and just minutes from the historic area

I did not like that the bathroom don have a trash can, and the exhausted wasn’t working, on the living room on of the lamps was not working, we contact the front desk and they mentioned that they will send an engineer the next day and nothing happen, they didn’t have the sheets that goes for the 3rd bed and the last thing is that the room was having a really storing smell, last year I estoy there because it was a grey place but it was a big change from last year to this one,

The room was really nice and the beds were so comfortable. We were able to get whatever we needed easily. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

The faucet handle on our bathroom sink kept coming off. The shower had low water pressure. They ran out of hash browns too quickly at breakfast on the 30th.

 it was just like it was when I looked it up online. it was very clean.  breakfast was fantastic. staff was very friendly. I love that it was hot when we enter the pool area, because it's so cold when you step out into the hallway lol . And I have plenty of towels in my room.

The water pressure in my shower wasn't good. It felt like little drops and the water wasn't very hot. And the hot tub area downstairs could use a little remodeling. It was a lotta decay overall everything was fantastic. 

One of the cleanest, most well decorated hotels I've ever been to. For this price range NOTHING in the area tops it. I had a room big enough to fit my family of 7 (2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children) fairly comfortably. I say fairly because the only other options would be either get 2 rooms or go to the super expensive but very spacious resorts (they can charge up to $300 for a deposit that you don't get back for days or even weeks + the price of the unit.) The indoor pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. They had a game room. Me and my boys were killing it in Ninja Turtles. My baby boy wanted to play the air hockey machine but it kept acting up. The breakfast was great. Hot food, 3 cereals, bread choices, fruit and yogurt, 2 types of waffles plus juice and coffee. Cannot get any better for FREE. the staff, especially Shante (or Chante🤷🏾‍♂️) she was AMAZING!!! SUPER SWEET and welcoming. She's a gem y'all better keep her!!

The beds weren't the most comfortable but it didn't keep any of us up at night so 🤷🏾‍♂️😂

The location was excellent from the Historic Triangle, Busch Gardens and also tasty restaurants! Will definitely book there again. I would like to revisit to really concentrate on Yorktown and its great museum. The breakfast was very good and a shout out to the fellow nurse who does the breakfast buffet! My only complaint was our Room 407 didn’t have a “constant fan” button on the AC unit LOL.

From the moment we walked in we had a pleasant experience. From staff, to facilities (loved the pool), close to food and Colonial Williamsburg, just wonderful.

The sausage at breakfast was flavorless.

The hotel is clean and very nice. Love the fact that there is an indoor pool and both microwave and decent size fridge in the rooms. Definitely will be booking this hotel in the future.

The only thing that I didn't like was the coffee. I wish it were a Keurig machine or even a drip coffee maker in the rooms. The coffee provided both in the room and at breakfast is very weak. Not a huge deal, I purchased iced coffee at the CVS nearby and kept it in the fridge.

Liked the hot breakfast and fruit options; liked that the hotel granted my request for a top floor room - as a busload of kids arrived on Friday and we wouldn't have been as happy with the room if we had been on the floor they were on. I liked having the fridge and microwave in the room - and the sitting area was a bonus.

I appreciated the fact that a blowdryer was there - it just didn't have any power. That's really the only thing. This was a great option for us!
