Comfort Suites is an amazing hotel! I love it when I get to stay! Awesome staff, awesome amenities, amazing facilities and an A1 breakfast!

I've never filled this section out before, but unfortunately, there was no hot water to take a shower with in my room. I let the water run for about 5 minutes and it never heated up. My wife was disappointed.

Breakfast was amazing and everything you could possibly want.

The water temperature was cold all the time no matter what time of day or night it was. It was very unpleasant taking a shower.

Staff was very friendly. Tim at front desk gave us great maps and tips on touring. Housekeeping was very nice and gave us items when we asked. Room was very clean. Bed was 2 queens, but a bit hard. Linens were soft and clean. with no stains. Elevators worked promptly and efficient. The Jacuzzi was great after a long day of touring Colonial W. This hotel is close to all 3 sites, plus close to restaurants. The breakfast was good with several choices. Many guests were in hotel dining room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone touring Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and college.

This is my second review! Our stay here was awesome! We stayed for 5nights! The hotel was clean ! The staff was nice! One staff member that stood out to us was a lady name ROCKY! She was the best! She is sweet as she can be! She is a hard worker! She checked on everyone on a consistent basis! Especially during breakfast time, asking are we ok? Is the food good and hot?! Everyday we seen her, she had a big smile on her face an was working! She was so nice to us! I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you Rocky for being so kind an sweet to my family and I.

Pool was cold!

Gentleman on reception was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and hotel decor is very appealing. Mexican Restaurant and BBQ place within walking distance. Great location for Busch Gardens, Water Country and Colonial Williamsburg.

I was staying with 2 teenage boys who are not related to each other and asked to use the pull-out bad - there was an unnecessary comment from a lady on reception 'so no-one wants to share?' - if they did, I wouldn't be asking for the bed. On our return the sofa bed was pulled out and made up with the base sheet - flat sheet and blanket were left on top for me to do myself. I appreciate it's only a small detail but it sat badly with me.

First of all the beds were amazing, so comfortable and with soft sheets and great pillows. The place was quiet so my friend and I got great nights of sleep! The lighting in the room was good: you could have one person in the little offset room with a sofa and not disturb a person in bed. There was a roomy refrig. The fantastic breakfasts included scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, juice, pastries, and yogurt. The woman who ran the breakfasts was super friendly and upbeat! She made everything better! We tipped her! Front desk staff always helped! I'd stay again!!!

Nothing, really!

My booking was not in the system even though I paid in full. Manager took the time to find me the same room I wanted and get me in the system with no problem. Staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel is beautiful! Rooms quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there every time I visit Bush Gardens.

Good hot breakfast. Variety sausage biscuits sausage gravy waffles boiled eggs scrambled eggs coffee tea juice hot cocoa pastries milk yogurt cereal oatmeal etc . The attendant was great i know she was frustrated need someone to enforce the area to keep it in less messy and format maybe post something in the area … COVID and flu ia not what i want from nasty hands touching food and leaving messes around the food bar area

They need to have it so the parents monitor the breakfast for the young kids 10 and under it was messy they were touching stuff with hands … parents didn’t clean after their child or watch them and they were wild running in the hall ways etc . Same in pool jumping in diving very dangerous kid coming close to edge of pools jumping in almost hitting heads etc . Parents not paying attention lots of horse play unsupervised in the hot tub -and running around pool. Made us uneasy and we left out

It was very clean! And the staff was awesome! One in particular staff member name ROCKY! She was and is awesome. We stayed there five nights, and not a day went by where she didn’t have a smile on her face, she was very helpful, and her breakfast was AWESOME! Everyday we seen her she was working hard and had a smile on face! And treated everyone there very nice! We will be back here again ! Thank you Rocky for being so kind to us!

The only thing we was disappointed about was that the pool was extremely cold!

I went to look for housing for relocation for work. I made a girls trip out of it with 2 girlfriends. We all loved the rooms and was very please. The check-in process was easy and the staff for check-in and check-out were so friendly, professional, and efficient. The gentleman checking us in made sure we were all close together which was very appreciated. The friendly lady was very genuine in our check out and wished us safe travels. Very open to providing information and ensured we were aware of the facilities and resources available to us (not just to the hotel but the surrounding area). The rooms were very clean and tidy. They tidied while we were away, and it was nice coming back to a tidied room. They were very respectful of our belongings, and I appreciate the cleaning staff. The set up of the room was nice. I like the separate living room area, mini fridge, and how the shower water heated very quickly. The only thing I was not a fan of was how close one of the beds were to the heat/AC unit. It isn't a huge deal as you have the other side of the bed, but it would be nice to have space to walk around the bed when trying to pack and situate everything. We arrived at night and the location was very safe. The property was also very clean and well kept. There were were quite a few restaurants in the area which definitely made things easier. I would also like to mention the breakfast was set up nicely. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-tended to. If I need to stay in a hotel or have anyone coming to Williamsburg I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you

One bed in the double-bed room was too close to the AC/Heat unit.
