Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and it was conveniently located to everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to get groceries and dinner.

Low on half and half for coffee. Toilet handle had to be held down for 5-10 seconds for every flush. Shower handle was wobbly, tile was cracked on bathroom floor and ceiling appeared to have mold spots. Just needs a little maintenance.

This was a last minute booking because of a disappoint at another Inn. There was a nice breakfast every morning that started at 6a. Very clean and fresh smelling. Accommodated our request for rooms to be close together and a check out little after 11 to accommodate a little extra time for a small child and an elderly parent. Price was reasonable for location, breakfast, and last minute plans.

We got back to our room in the evening and the door was unlocked after rooms were cleaned. Glad no one else entered our room after that. Employee probably didn’t realize the door didn’t close automatically like the other doors.

This was a business trip, for the company my wife and I own. My wife handled the reservations, and it was mildly annoying that they needed to talk to ME, about the payment method, when my WIFE (same last name) made the reservation for me, and we have the exact same CC.

Clean, comfortable overnight stop! With a wonderful breakfast. Parking was easy and safe. A car is essential to get around, but it was near enough to our concert venue, Chateau Ste Michelle, the next small town over. We reserved our room for our next trip to the area, next weekend.

Clean room with two??? refrigerators and a VERY comfortable bed. Quiet, but I think that's because there were few other guests.

Standard free hotel breakfast featured waffle-maker and unappealing scrambled eggs. All the cereal choices were of the sweetened variety as were the yogurts. Tables packed in WAY to tight for comfort in these Days of Covid.

They provided breakfast. I had fresh muffin and yogurt, eggs & sausage made well. The use of gym was great! It was the highlight of my stay! My room was quiet and comfortable. Also staff were very nice and attentive.

The coffee product they use was poor. Had to get my own.

The property was a good size - not huge, but had all of the amenities. All employees I was in contact with were courteous and helpful. And the breakfast area was well supplied, and CLEAN!!!

I thought there was a swimming pool as there was an image on google maps but it was mistakenly put on there from another hotel.

no "hello", "thank you" or "please" during the check in. Unfriendly reception, the only time for three weeks across the united states... We only got a smile when I helped change the fridge in our room that wasn’t working.

We arrived two hours before the normal check-in time, but they let us check in early as the room was available.

The parking lot in front isn't big enough. When we went back in the evening, we had to park a bit away (behind another hotel) and walk over.
