Holiday Inn Express Bothell, an IHG Hotel

Even though there was construction, I could see the vision of the end project. I loved the fresh and new feeling. I love that they offered towels at the indoor heated pool. I love the cleanliness of the room and it’s presentation. Honestly it’s was better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I also liked that there was a shopping plaza 2 min walk away :) Restaurants and grocery store available. Huge plus!

There wasn’t much. The only thing I would like to see in the future is more parking and shaded parking options. It gets hot in the car during the summer especially with children. There wasn’t a washer dryer option.

Another great stay at an IHG hotel. Free parking, delicious breakfast with a good variety of foods. Very clean and the staff was all friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy location off freeway and about 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. Much safer to stay outside of the city, in my opinion.

The water pressure on the shower is not very good but that was the only negative thing.

I thought the space was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that it had the microwave and mini fridge, and the washroom lighting and floors/showers were super clean!

They told us the room was good to go for an earlier check in at 1:30pm, but when we walked in, it was obvious that room service had not cleaned it yet as the beds were unmade from the previous occupants.

standard to other Holiday Inn Express, the amenities are what you would expect. I especially love that the hotel uses quality non-single use bathroom amenities from Dove. breakfast is simple but good too, but the menu doesn’t change much daily. bedding is firm and comfortable with fluffy pillows. the hotel is in a location with supermarket and restaurants within walkable distance.

the air conditioner was a little loud and the room smelled a little moldy, but it didn’t not affect my stay in anyway.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, and so sweet to our puppy. Provided extra towels and an extra blanket like we asked as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

My only complaints would be not enough options in the vending machines(specifically the drinks) and not enough cookies. Make more cookies! They were gone so quickly but ridiculously good!

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet and evening cookies were above average. Pool and fitness center were well maintained as well.

Room was stuffy and we struggled to get a comfortable temperature set. The pillows were below average for a hotel.

Friendly staff at Front Desk and hotel staff in Housekeeping and at Breakfast area. Very clean comfortable rooms. Delicious hot breakfast with variety for all guests. Fitness center and indoor pool & spa. We look forward to staying again when we are in Washington State. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the choice of breakfast items and they had on the go containers and bags, which was thoughtful. Plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the accessibility in the handicapped room.

Needed new carpeting in my room, visibility worn.

Extremely soft sheets, quiet room.

Covid protocols didn't seem to be enforced at all in the lobby. There were several unmasked individuals sitting watching TV in the lobby right by the check-in desk, despite signage "requiring masks". We were a bit uncomfortable standing there with our 5 month old while checking in.

Wanted to give special thank you to Rebekkah. She was so nice and helpful even though she was working doubles. Just wanted her to know she was appreciated. Thanks for making it enjoyable for us.
