This is our 3rd time staying here, we enjoy the homey feel and the small kitchen. It was warm despite the freezing weather, and the staff was really accommodating. It's an older place that definitely has some rough edges, but it's quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

We had to switch to a different room after checking in and unloading. Our original room had a minor issue with the kitchen sink, and the maintenance person wasn't available to fix it right away. That being said, it was an easy switch.

Spacious 2 bedroom suite; full kitchen and dining room for family dinners and the indoor pool were the top 3 faves. And great as that is - that was not all. Super good value (price). Easy navigating around the property,. There were pretty nature views from the second floor; our 4 year old loved watching the different sea birds and geese that gathered in the field outside. Another HUGE plus was the staff. From check in to check out, everyone was SO nice. Front Desk (Denise?) has exceptional customer service skills.

it’s old and needs some repairs/upgrading. That being said, the rooms and grounds were clean and everything in our unit worked just fine.

I can't remember their names, but the guy at the front desk and the main lady were very attentive and very kind. They initiated conversation, came to help almost immediately when we had issues with our doorknob. We had issues with booking our room (bug on the third parties end) and they were very patient and helpful and all around nice to be around. Didn't seem to be lacking patience. The man at the front desk gave us an upgraded room to what I had originally booked because of the wait time and the inconvenience. Very nice people, all around a good stay, despite the inconveniences of the booking and our doorknob.

The property was a bit beat down, looked like it was in need of a paint job or a minor upgrade but the man at the front desk and the other management lady made any flaw of anything around not worth stressing over.

It’s hard to pinpoint the precise reason for being fond of a particular hotel. Call it atmosphere, or character perhaps. For me, this hotel is a sweet reminder of the way things were long ago, when it was common for hotels to provide temporary homes for ordinary people, as well as providing for travelers. How nice to find a comfy place that has an old familiar feel.

The premises had appliances I used to cook our meals even though Comfort Inn and Suites had complimentary meals. The premises had a heated pool with a recreation area people would meet to associate with one another. It was an awesome place to stay nearby the Oceans. I visit the Oceanside to actually see the deers

I never complain when visiting Comfort Inn and Suites for they always accommodate in everything we ask for.

We had a deck overlooking the golf course and a friendly deer. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The woman that checked us in moved us to a different room that was probably am upgrade because sure wasn't sure what the flag on the reservation meant. We were very happy in our little room with a kitchen to cook dinner.

It was in need of upgrades, the futon didn't feel safe to sit on, the end table was very wobbly and the room could have been cleaned better.

Location , room size full studio . 2 pools was nice , fairly comfortable .. off season price .

The hot water heater kept tripping a breaker , the elevator was out of order for a long time yet still states in on the web page there is an elevator. Its an old hotel and hasn't really been kept up very well i could use a really good deap clean and Murphys oil soap .rolling bins of laundry stored in the halwways . Not appealing at all old common areas used for funatue and mattress storage doors a windows open .. also doesnt look nice ... the pictures show kiurigsin the rooms but there was a small coffee maker instead I packed kcups I coulnt use .the room furnature is old and stained , Off season price was reasonable .. but the season pricing for this type of mess is outragous .

The staff was so friendly, especially Jacob, who went above and beyond to help us with some minor inconvenience (nothing the hotel's fault). The room was old but clean and very spacious. Kitchen was nicely stocked including dish soap so we could wash the dishes. There was a coffee pot with coffee, cream and sugar., plenty of dishes and utensils. They brought us a roll away bed so we had plenty of room for us and our 4 kids. The outdoor pool was warm and the kids loved it more than the indoor pool, even though it was nice too. We are already planning for next year and will be staying here again. For the price, location and friendly staff, this place was perfect for our needs.

The laundry room was somehow unavailable for the entire 2 days. They kept saying that a guest had the key, but they didn't know who had it or when it would be back. That made entirely no sense to me.

It legitimately fulfilled its purpose as a safe place to sleep with a locking door, a comfy bed, and a hot shower within walking distance to the beach. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Nothing fancy here because hopefully you're not spending your trip holed up in this room. Go outside!

The elevator is a bit unpredictable and threatens very convincingly to keep you stuck inside while the doors violently try unsuccessfully to open. Unless you want a panic fueled adrenaline rush, I suggest using the stairs.. and the walkway on the third floor sags and slopes, so, be careful if you have vertigo, one short leg, or a mild buzz.

The customer service was perfect. Always a smile from ALL the staff. There was a customer giving one of the staff a hard time, yet the hospitality was still perfect. They are very approachable, friendly and fun! The girls loved both indoor and outdoor pools. Loved the cats walking around they were very friendly. Don't forget to tip your house keepers!

That we didn't get to stay longer!!!
