The room was very clean and housekeeping stopped by every day to see if we needed anything.The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from.

The person who checked us in was not friendly. The toilet in the room was very low to the ground and hard on the knees. The shower grab bar was on the wrong end so unable to use.

Bed was actually comfortable! :) It had good support versus being a soft mess like many other hotels. A reasonable bed was great! Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Coffee was a little weak - would have been much better if it was stronger. Breakfast staff were great - very friendly. Cleaning staff were also great. Very pleasant, personable and did an excellent job in cleaning the room.

We wanted to be close to Port Angeles, the 7 Cedars casino as well as a local winery we were interested in visiting. The location was wonderful. Nice quiet area with a great restaurant next door. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family members

My kids love the pool, it's their favorite and they ask to go there all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I even got a call when I accidentally left behind some items and they are being shipped to me. My children were given toys at the free breakfast, such a thoughtful touch. We had a great time and will most likely be back since the kids are always begging me to go to the pool at this specific hotel!!

My only suggestion is to maybe offer a hot vegan option for breakfast or maybe a vegan cream cheese/butter alternative to go with the bagels.

Good service from friendly and helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Reasonably large pool. Reasonable-sized rooms with comfortable furnishings. Appears to be one of the best hotels in the area, although not a large number of choices.

No safe in the room. Expensive for the quality-level of hotel and time of year (early June).

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and spa. But my favorite thing was the young lady who often helped me at the front desk. She was very friendly and down-to-earth, and knew her job well.

I like everything in this hotel. Very friendly staff and the crystal cleanliness of the room. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent, the breakfasts are delicious. There is a fireplace to make s'mores. There is a restaurant within one minute walk. The hotel is in a good location.

This is a very nice property and conveniently located. My #1 priority when rating a hotel is how friendly the staff are. Are they cheerful and warm? Helpful and accommodating? The answer is a definite yes. This is close to downtown however not walkable to downtown. There is no lodging within walking distance to town center however it is a quick drive down the street. My sister liked the pool and jacuzzi. I was a tad behind schedule checking out and they were very nice.

This property was wonderful, and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in for us. We had spent a really bad night at a different facility and they were so friendly and kind. They did not have a water bottle filling station, but suggested an alternative that was just as fast.

The breakfast was okay. Due to the large number of people attending breakfast, I would recommend using staff to serve food, to avoid cross contamination. The location is okay, but would be better if located near shopping centers.

The shower in the room leaked and the tub was damaged on the bottom.
