Best Western Plus City Center

The staff was very friendly and helpful- everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance people. It was in close proximity to the restaurants and Riverfront park.

The noise from traffic on Saturday night was very loud. The hotel sits on a busy corner. We are both very light sleepers and at 1:30am called the front desk about a quieter room. He was polite and offered ear plugs but told us we were on the quieter side. The hotel sits close to a lot of night activities. We didn’t anticipate the sounds of cars racing and loud mufflers until 3 am. Sunday was MUCH better in terms of noise. A little warning about the traffic noise would be awesome. Hotels in other busy streeets often just supply rooms with ear plugs and a warning. Also, the beds were a little hard for our liking but I realize that’s very subjective.

Very clean location. Safe, secure garage parking for an added fee 15.00 a night. Location was perfect for our specific needs regarding a wedding, restaurant visits and a quick drive to Idaho.

You may not like the fact your near a train station and transient population around the nearby blocks.

Great location - close to active nightlife scene. Breakfast offering was good and staff were very nice.

Wish breakfast hours were extended a bit later. There is not sufficient parking and the underground parking is very tight and difficult to maneuver. Did not appreciate on the first night that specific parking spaces were "rented out" and we could not choose our parking spot for the $10 fee we had to pay.

The breakfast was really good, and the proximity to Sacred Heart Hospital was excellent. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our second night, but the staff at the front desk graciously refunded the money to my card, no questions asked. That's service with a capital "S." I couldn't get over how clean everything was! It was great!

There were some noisy neighbors upstairs, but that's to be expected when you're at a place with multiple floors.

The location and fantastic service and hospitality

The price was a bit high but everything else was fantastic. So nothing was not to our liking.

Although the location was right on edge of a sketchy neighborhood, we were able to pay extra to park in the garage and had no problems. The room was comfortable and clean.We did have a little traffic noise but not so bad that it was annoying. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We didn't have time for breakfast but grabbed some fruit and yogurt on our way out and that was great.

All the staff were exceptional! From check-in to check out & including housekeeping. Stacey checked us in, and her customer service was exemplary. I can not give enough kudos to the staff at this location. The hotel smelt great, and the rooms were spotless.

Breakfast was good. clean area and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel in general was clean and nice.

The parking was disappointing. There aren't enough parking spots for the rooms available. I purchased garage parking because of the lack of outside parking.

Great location, friendly staff including breakfast prep/servers. It's was quiet and clean. Indoor parking available $10/night. Close to restaurants and breweries/bars and convention Center. Check out the Saranac Commens a block away.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The property was very clean and well kept. Great shops and restaurants were close by and the Riverfront Park was walking distance. The hot buffet breakfast was extra good and the server, Kandee was extremely friendly and helpful.

The busy road outside our window was noisy all night.
