Quality Inn & Suites

Bed was great, couch was comfy, and the pool was really nice. Also, continental breakfast was pretty good. I honestly wish I would have stayed longer, but I had to leave early the next day. If I have to travel through Morgantown again and can't stay with local family, I'll definitely come here again.

Bathrooms could have been a bit bigger. It wouldn't be a problem for me, but I know enough people such that mobility would be a serious concern for them here. Also, during breakfast, one of the milk containers was starting to curdle.

Receptionist was awesome! Was easy access which was great considering I was there with my mother whom had just had outpatient surgery! Beds were very comfortable!

Name of hotel is Quality Inn, but there's still a Best Western sign out front which made it a little confusing when we arrived. Also the toilet wouldn't stop running in our room. But overall the room was great!

I love this Best Western! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Coffee 24/7 made by the cup so its always fresh. Stayed in The keys and miami recently... No coffee at any of the hotel/motels so I think this is awesome.

I like everything about this best western but the beds. Well the ones in our room. I stayed in oct and the room we had then, had great beds but this room needs new matteess' on both beds. Ive slept on worse but When you're just there to sleep for just a few hrs, you need a comfy bed. My daughter and I got zero sleep. Good TV though.

Overall clean and breakfast was quite nice. Air conditioning was quite loud and difficult to fall asleep over.

Checked in late and was meet with lack lustre employee to having to check us in at the end of her shift. The night shift employee was much more pleasant and provide timely breakfast at 6:30 am on the dot.

Modern, clean, bed was very comfortable. Shower, water pressure was excellent I will stay here again!

The bathroom door hit the shower rod. The distance between the open door and the toilet caused you to have to shimmy around to close th he door to use the toilet. I suggest you could make the door open out. The side door into the building was not secure, it was taped so it did not latch.

Nice clean room. Shower had great water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust and was perfect. Nice TV with good channel options. Love the coffee in the room and the lobby! Breakfast was very good. There was something to please everyone.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the main hallway even though the rooms were non smoking. But that is not the hotels fault that people can’t follow the rules and not smoke inside.

Rebecca at the front desk is AWESOME. All the staff was nice but she's amazing. The room was fine, the A/C was fine, the location is very convenient. Liked that pets were allowed.

Congregation of smokers at the doors, people propping outside doors so they wouldn't close and lock, the pet potty area was in a bad location, grass not mowed, high weeds and I ended up with a tick on me.

It was very clean the heat worked amazing, the pool and area were clean, and its close to places

The toilet you had to hold the handle down for it to flush, the beds were hard and moved way to much, the pillows sucked they looked fluffy but as soon as you touched them they were flat I had to use 3 pillows to make 1 pillow

Was satisfied with everything else which is why I have kept returning there and using booking.com to reserve my stay I have requested the same room number each time.

My reservation was for $ 73 and change but when I checked out they charged me $91.76 this was my third stay there recently but this time I was overcharged and they said it was booking.coms fault but they would straighten it out and fix the charges, they still haven't so I will no longer be staying here when my wife goes for her cancer center appts

I liked how clean it was. I was tired of paying for higher priced hotels and being disappointed. So I chose to save money and not be disappointed. Ended up being really clean

Don't stay here for the breakfast. It was awful. Hotel needs cleaned up on the outside
