The hotel is literally beside my doctors office. We can walk out the back of the hotel & straight into the office building. Since we were there for 1 of my doctor appointments at 1:15 I requested a late check out & the hotel allowed us to keep our room until 1pm. I've stayed here twice now for doctor appointments. I will be booking several more nights for an upcoming surgery as well as pre-OP & post-OP appointments this year. I plan to book all of the nights needed here.

There wasn't really anything I "didn't like". The only thing that was "wrong" was housekeeping opening our door even though we had the do not disturb sign on our door as well as the late check out. I put the word wrong in quotes because it really wasn't a wrong. I think it would be more accurate to call it a minor aggravation but we weren't upset about it.

2nd time staying at this location. Had to go to NSO at WVU. Like how close it is to college. Staff during check in was very pleasant and sociable. The bed is perfect after a long drive.

I don't want to be hounded or pestered, but after check-in, that was the last interaction I had with anyone on staff. Even when I came in and out through day and night, no one at the desk inquired if I was a guest or even acknowledged I was there. That just made me wonder how easy it would be for anyone from the street to just wander in and possible go to the indoor pool or even to the rooms.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice roomy shower. Particularly like the big comfy pillows. Refrigerator was nice and roomy. Didn't use the coffee maker, but the coffee in the lobby was good and hot. I like that they had a gym and pool, even though it was too cold to use, and the washing machines on every other floor was a nice touch if you've been on a long road trip and need clean clothes. There's a Walgreens a 5 minute walk away in case you need any sundries.

Our key cards didn't work the first time, but staff fixed them immediately.

The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing! The room was very clean, I had my 5-month-old daughter with me and I was not concerned about the state of the room. My husband and I were very pleased with the stay.

There wasn't a lot that I didn't like. There are a lot of signs up for Smokin J's restaurant but no real information about them. We also missed the information packet that is usually in every hotel room that shows local attractions such as restaurants and such.

We were there for a Drs appointment the next day so it was a short time and didn't see much but this is my thoughts The building it self was very pretty. The rooms are nice. The bed is firm but not bad, the pillows were pretty good and that's says something because I am picky on my pillows. This is good and bad the breakfast was really pretty good BUT there was NO Fresh Fruit, yogurt, cereal, or anything light and healthy which I was surprised. Because they did have scrambled eggs, meats, biscuits & gravy, small pancakes.

You could use more parking, what I could see there was not a lot of spaces in the parking lot for the size of the hotel. I was able to find one easy though.

The pool is nice, but the temperature was a little cool. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were nice.

One of the two elevators was broken, and I was told by another guest that it had been broken for more than two months. The first time I stayed in, the AC was broken. I reached out to the staff, and they were prompt to move us to a different room.

Restaurant was awesome. There was a small card tucked in with our key cards that offered 10% off if you charged the food to the room. Of course while checking in, that wasn't pointed out and missed the opportunity to use it.

Pool was clean but a little chilly. Had to ask where everything was. Communication while checking in could have been better. But overall enjoyed our stay.

I like how friendly the night staff was, I arrived very late and the associate behind the counter was super friendly and helpful with my questions about my booking. I was very grateful that the staff was able to accommodate what i needed for my trip.

There wasn't much to dislike about my stay, this was a last minute trip and the room was very much what I needed. There isn't anything I can ask or think of that would need to be improved. You guys did a stellar job.

All areas were clean and up to date. Nice location and nice lodging. Mattress was fantastic and not worn down. Room was comfortable and restaurants were close.

I paid for an upgrade, don't know exactly what it was. Parking lot would be slick and dangerous in a snow/ice storm due to the slant.

Very clean, brightly lit and modern hotel. The location is perfect for WVU football games with the stadium about 15 min walk away. Was able to park and tailgate right there which was super convenient.

AC unit was very loud and didn’t work well. Mini refrigerator in the room stopped working and spoiled our food.
