The room was spacious and provided quality toiletries such as Dove products. They also provided plenty of nice, heavy towels. I loved the fact that there was an apartment sized refrigerator instead of a dorm sized one. This allowed us to put our cooler ice packs into the freezer and have them refrozen for the next day's travel.

The doors are heavy and make a lot of noise when opening/closing them. The person across the hall entered/exited their room a number of times late at night and then a couple of times before 6 AM. The slamming of the door is disruptive, especially when you are sleeping. The room wasn't as clean as it appeared, otherwise I would have given a 10 rating. There was a phone in the bathroom and there was a layer of dust on it. Also, they need to check the date on the microwave popcorn that is provided in the room. It is mid-July and the date on the popcorn was May 2023.

The location of the property was excellent, close to the interstate, shopping, gas stations and a variety of eating options. The room was nice and clean with a nice kitchenette. They had coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, stovetop, full sized microwave oven and refrigerator. They also provided paper towels and Palmolive dish soap. The bathroom had Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner.

No continental breakfast but they had a place to purchase food

No breakfast, had a kitchen suite, large refrigerator with ice maker, decently stocked for 2, could use a paring knife and wine opener. Otherwise, it is wonderful! large bathroom, great shower facility, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. will stay here again. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7 Wonderful view of mountains, restaurant across the parking lot, and only 2 miles from restaurants and mall.

The location and full kitchen are always the biggest plus for me

Our room seemed a little under stocked - no extra rolls of toilet paper, no forks or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, etc. These things were easy to obtain from staff, though. The shower was also difficult to figure out.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the availability of a small gym and free laundry room was very useful... The bed was very spacious and comfortable... It was nice having access to a big refrigerator and they had shower gel and shampoo, not the small micro bottles, big ones that are used for extended stay, I was there for 14 days, so it was a nice touch...

I didn't like the fact that I had a smart TV in my room that was a stupid TV, meaning I was unable to stream anything because for whatever reason it was not connected and when I called the front desk originally, they told me to call tech support on a number listed on the board. They had zero dvds available, I was going to use the toaster but it still had crumbs in it and didn't look clean IMHO... One of the dryers was broken and I didn't know until I tried using it and then the next time I did my laundry there was a sign stating it was out of order...

The location is very convenient, as is the full fridge/kitchen.

We requested late check-out with the nighttime desk attendant, but it seemed like the message wasn’t passed along.

The location makes it easy to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that you can get into it if you need to.

The rooms are always really comfortable. This is our top choice in Morgantown.

We checked in a little later than we'd hoped due to some unforeseen issues, but all the staff was really lovely and made us feel taken care of.

The room's layout, the bed, the shower, the kitchenette, and the work area were all to my liking. I felt right at home. A special shout-out to Mallory, the front desk clerk who got my bill straightened out. The initial charge was for much more than that to which I had agreed when I made the online reservation. Mallory got right on it, ensuring that my final charge matched the amount listed on the reservation.

Nothing comes immediately to mind.
