Great location, very convenient to most things in New Berlin. Breakfast was fantastic as was the breakfast staff. Really was the perfect place to stay in New Berlin.

Room was a little disappointing in size for a queen suite. Adequate, but not nearly as large as queen suites at other Holiday Inn Expresses where we have stayed recently. THat being said, it worked out fine because we weren't there to spend a lot of time in the room/hotel.

I have to mention Josh at the front desk. I had made two separate reservations because I needed one room for one night but then two rooms close together for the next two nights. He saw we had not been placed next door to each other and was able to move us to adjoining rooms. He was also the friendliest person I think I have ever encountered at a hotel desk anywhere. All other staff I had contact with were also helpful and friendly but Josh went above and beyond. The hotel was very nice, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs.

Super clean, amazing water pressure in shower, super helpful and nice staff. Well run and managed hotel! We love it there and will return each time we are in Milwaukee!

The worst situation was the fact that the cleaning lady (ladies?) - one went through my daughter's carry-on suitcase and helped herself to items that will cost approximately $125.00 to replace, I would like to think that anyone having access to my personal belongings would be more trustworthy. I don't know if the hotel uses a staffing service for hiring their msid/maintenance personnel, but you might want to watch and see if you're getting more issues such as this being reported, and handle it accordingly.

One of the best accommodations at which we have ever stayed!! Amazing facilities, services and staff! Incredible free daily breakfast. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Awesome pool, hot tub and gym.

The hotel was very clean overall. Breakfast was nice; lots of options.

The first entrance (without lights) and driveway is odd! I would definitely avoid it and drive to the second entrance at the traffic lights.

The hotel is clean and newer, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast and amenities were terrific as well. Onsite parking was plentiful.

Everything was fine, the cost was a bit high for the quality of the hotel but that is likely due to inflation.

The hotel was very clean! Breakfast area well stocked with a coffee bar available throughout the day. The pool had a nice hot tub. I was surprised to hear it was renovated 10 years ago - it feels like a brand new hotel. Highly recommend!

Our room had a comfortable chair and lamp for reading. The location was across the road from family we were visiting. I was surprised no one wore a mask and the handles at the buffet were not protected. Thought gloves should have been offered. Also, there were many hand sanitizer machines around, but all were empty. It would also be nice to have a hand soap dispenser in each room. We cannot be to careful with COVID concerns.

The location is great. The cleanliness of our room and the facilities was amazing. Staff was very friendly! Will definitely be staying here again!

Online it says check out is at noon, but at the front desk it says 11. Other than that, nothing.
