We stayed five nights in this hostel. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. 5-minute walk from the bus station, where the airport bus arrives and departs. The internet connection was very good, which was important for us because we worked remotely (no issues during Zoom calls etc.). The location is superb. You are in the middle of the city center, with endless food stalls, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. right outside the door. Warm water and great water pressure.

The room was quite small, which isn't an issue if you spend the majority of your time outside. The bathroom could use a good scrub or update. Be aware that payment for the room is only possible in cash.

booked a family room for 4. the room was neat , bathroom clean. we were assigned room on the third floor. the property has no elevator 🛗 . and my aunt had a knee problem so she couldn’t climb up all the way to the third floor. the staff immediately requested to change it for the first floor by requesting the other guest. it was a pleasant stay. i would come again definitely.

it was far off from where the bus from airport left us. so had to walk a lot with the luggage. they must provide hot water kettle in the room. and bottled water at least only for day 1. or provide RO water in reusable glass bottle.

We were booked for four nights in all, in three goes, with two nights away on excursions. On our first return there was a problem with the room; they had arranged a room for us elsewhere, and the night receptionist went out of his way to walk us to the new hotel and make sure we were properly looked after. As so often, it’s how a hotel deals with a problem that enables it to show how good it is! It’s really just a backpacker hostel so don’t expect luxury; but the rooms are clean and the staff- night and day - are friendly and very keen to help. Location is excellent - on fringe of old town.

Quite a climb to our fourth floor room - there is no lift!

Very affordable and great value for money, the hotel is located around many different shops and restaurants which is ideal. The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful, we arranged our airport transfer with them for a good price. The room itself is good, the bed is comfortable and has aircon and a fan.

The only downside is that the shower isn’t enclosed and the whole bathroom gets wet through when you shower and the water doesn’t get hot

The stuff working at the lobby is exceptional, very friendly and can help you with any trip planning in Hanoi and outside. Always ask about your day and seem to genuinely care if you’re enjoying the stay. Also, very good value for the price, in the centre of Old Quarter. Nothing to complaint about.

The location in the old quarter of Hanoi is fantastic - within walking distance of lots of attractions and restaurants. Despite being in amongst the hussle and bustle, the room was very quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Coffee and tea were available downstairs, but were often cold. Only water available needed to be purchased. One of the beds was very uncomfortable.

- Friendly, kind, and responsive staff - great location with lots of restaurants nearby - rooms are a bit old but still clean - free coffee and tea anytime - tours are also available

- no lift/elevator but it's understandable, not a big deal

Staff were helpful and kind. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was good. Very good location. Tea on arrival. The helped organise our next buses.

Not their fault, but had noisy guests shouting throughout the night. The room was slightly smaller than expected.

Theree is no elevator, so you may end up walking four flights of stairs.
