Great Stay in the Heart of Hanoi I had a fantastic stay at La Beauté De Hanoi. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant streets, markets, and landmarks. Despite being so central, it’s tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also great, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter!

Amazing customer service! The best that I had in Vietnam! The staff were always willing to assist me and really attentive, friendly and professional. When I come back to Hanoi, La Beaute de Hanoi will be for sure my go to place to stay. Breakfast is great! Lots of seasonal fruits and different options, including vegetarian ones. The room is really comfortable and clean. I totally recommend that place if you are looking for a great cost benefit accommodation right in the Old Quarter, but in a calm alley.

Wonderful little hotel, a great base in Hanoi Old Quarter, tucked down a quiet alleyway with all the hustle and bustle just a few steps away. Fantastic service from Nikky on front desk, knowledgeable, charming and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Rather quirky bathroom, but water pressure was good. A short walk to the lake, which is unmissable on weekend evenings. Head further south around the lake to avoid the crowds and touristy north shore —and see Hanoi families strolling, eating and playing in the cool of the evening. Hanoi has so much to offer, but don’t miss the food especially delicious bun cha (hot broth with noodles, meat and fresh herbs you add yourself) and coconut coffee! Definitely recommend a street food tour. Be prepared for walking in intense scooter traffic which somehow works around you! Glorious street scenes on every corner.

Staff were perfect! A super efficient and hard working team who aim to make sure their guests are happy. The location was good. In the old quarter. A short walk to the lake and many shops and restaurants at your door step. Quiet at night though! The breakfast was very good and made to order, staff making sure you were full and getting you more to eat if not. It was also one of the nicest looking breakfast rooms we had! Looked like a fine dining restaurant with nice music playing and all. The hotel room itself was quite basic and comfortable enough. Not as pretty as the pictures, but functional overall. We stayed 3 nights in total. Two nights in this room and one in a deluxe double. We actually preferred the layout of the deluxe double room that we had on the first night, over this junior balcony room (we only moved because we extended last minute and the doubles were sold out). The double had much more floor space for our luggage etc, it just had a smaller bathroom and no balcony or window. I would happily choose this hotel again if I was to stay in the old quarter.

The shower was a bit awkward to work out, also had to step in and out of a slightly high bathtub. Power points near bed didn't work. Room not as nice or big as in the pictures.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was in a great location right in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is included in the price and delicious, with a lot of choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The staff is incredibly helpful, organised our trip to Ha Long Bay and went above and beyond in general! Thank you My Lee 😁

This as our second time staying here and again we highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable room and a good selection for breakfast. Right in the middle of the old quarter, it all just happens around you. This time we also had the staff book us some tickets on the Limousine Bus and that worked really well. It was also really helpful to be able to contact them when one bus didn’t turn up. They sorted it out for us very quickly.

The property was located perfectly in the old quarter and was an excellent launching pad for our daily adventures. The staff were all amazing and in particular My Lee who was exceptional and managed to help us secure ongoing flights to central Vietnam. Her help and kindness alone makes this the best place to stay.

A great location, close enough to everything, but tucked away in a quiet lane way. The manager, My Lee, was so welcoming and can help organise anything you’d like to see or experience, so no need to book in advance. Whether it’s a trip to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, or anything around Hanoi, My Lee can offer great advice and help you book your trip.

1. The hotel is located in the city centre hence it is easy to go around. 2. There are a lot of coffee places. Especially the famous Ban Cong Cafe. 3. 4 min walking distance to Ho Kiem Lake. 4. The staffs are super friendly and super helpful. One of the staff even guide me to the place where I wanted to go. And some of my trips are pre-arranged.

My door lock is very hard to twist.

This hotel is in a great location and excellent value for money. The staff are just amazing and will do anything to help you in any way. They also organised our laundry and car to Mai Châu. Just would recommend taking ear plugs if street noise bothers you whilst sleeping, but the noise just adds to the ambience 😉 Would highly recommend this hotel 😊

We had 2 different Junior suites and I must admit that it that it was a little disappointing that the rooms with balconies are not as advertised. Quite dark with wooden doors and small windows above rather than light and airy with the large French doors as advertised. However, the rooms are perfectly acceptable 👌
