5-10 minute walk from old town and river. Close to restaurants and sights, yet quiet. Convenient laundry service right across the road (30K VND or US$1.50 per kg wash). Very helpful and polite porters. Lovely spa. Great breakfast spread. 2 big golf umbrellas and 2 pairs of slippers in each room; super helpful during the rainy season. Spacious rooms, lovely pillows and the bed linen feels so luxurious.

Stayed in the newly renovated wing but the new building is not connected to the old wing. A tad inconvenient when raining. The placements of fixtures also a little odd. Eg the toilet roll is next to the flush cistern at the back of toilet and you kinda need to stretch and reach out to get toilet paper (whereas most of the time toilet rolls are at the side walls of toilets). Lovely to have a bath tub, and would be nice if hotel could provide bath salts.

Bel marina is in a great location. 5 minutes into the city centre. Clean rooms and a lovely outlook onto the pool and river.

The buffet was ok. Not as much choice as other places and food didn’t get restocked quick enough. The pool music had the same 3 songs on repeat which got annoying. Maybe change your music to a longer playlist or some more modern music to sing along to.

the location is great, right near the Night Market, the pool is very nice and you can always find free sunbeds. the staff is helpfull and always smiling.

we had a Deluxe bedroom with city view, but unfortunately the view from the second floor balcony was with a generator, not What you expect to see when you book a 5 star hotel for your Honeymoon. also the shower was broken and there was a very small amount of cheap shampoo and shower gel, wasn t clearly enough for 2 people. the elevator and the hallways were dirty, giving me the feeling of an old 3star hostel. overall 5 stars is too much for this stay, sorry

I absolutely loved everything about it .. Breakfast was outstanding with everything you could wish to think of eating .. All of the staff are divine and nothing was any trouble at all for them , Anything you are wanting, it was delivered with a warm smile .. They all remembered our names and made a effort to come a greet us at breakfast to she how we slept and if everything was ok .. Amazing pools with a fab swim up bar and a view of the river that takes your breath away .. Music at night was great with a mix of all the songs we know and love , with 2 great singers that bring out the fun in you .. Will be returning again yearly with more friends next time and for a longer period than just 9 days .. :) 100% one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ..

Location, friendliness of staff and hotel facilities. We are returning visitors and the hotel treated us like celebrities!

Breakfast dining room was very busy, lots of ‘free’ tables but they hadn’t been cleared away so it was very difficult to find a nice spot to sit when we arrived.

The property is in a beautiful situation on the banks of the perfume river with beautifully kept gardens and a stunning swimming pool. our rooms were clean and tastefully designed. the breakfasts were great and had a good selection. There is a little walk into the main town but we didn’t mind this as there was plenty to see on the way. we booked the cooking classes which, though a bit pricey, I would recommend. my kids loved going to the market to get the food and loved learning how to cook fresh spring rolls and Banh Xeo. Every member of staff we met could not have been more helpful.

These are more bug bears than complaints which I hope management would take into consideration should they read this. The swim up bar is great, however the very loud techno music constantly blaring is totally out of touch with the clientele. it does nothing for the stamp here they have worked so hard to create with the view and beautiful pool. something more chilled would be much appreciated. also there is a gorgeous bamboo building on the river which is left empty much of the time, with no purpose. it would be great if this was an evening bar as it has one of the best views in Hoi An and it’s a shame to waste it.

This is our 3rd stay at Bel Marina resort. The location is a very short walk to all the action in the Old Town. The facilities in the hotel are good, with a lovely pool and swim up bar. There is a gym and a second pool, and also other basic outdoor activities. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are well appointed and of a good size. We opt for interconnected rooms with the family. Plenty of storage space and different options with the bathrooms (some with bath, some large shower etc). Buffet breakfast is excellent. Hotel transfers to and from airport or train station are good, as is the free shuttle service to the beach.

We like everything about this property, but please be aware that Hoi An can flood during the wetter months so check your travel times.

We had an unforgettable stay at Bel Marina Resort, Hoi An! The highlight was definitely our stunning river-facing villa, which offered both comfort and breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Dung and Tuyen, who pampered us with wonderful daily massages-absolute professionals. Another thank you to Hang, the spa receptionist, whose warm and welcoming nature made each visit a joy. The spa itself, located in the new building, is a gem. With its modern facilities, serene ambiance, and affordable prices, it's an absolute must-try. This resort truly knows how to make guests feel special.

Everything is great about this hotel. The location is excellent - 5 min walk to Old Town. Lots of testaurants and great spas within 5-7 min walk. Excellent breakfast. We are vegetarian. Staff went out of the way to ensure we had enough things to eat The facilities including the pool - both the main pool and rooftop pool are great Staff is really friendly and very helpful. They did everything to make our stay a pleasant one. We booked two rooms - one of them was the riverview suite. It had a very nice view of the river, the main pool and the gardens. The only thing to be cautious about is that the riverview rooms and the premier rooms with town view are in distant wings, so if you book two different rooms you need to walk from one wing to another. It's only a 2 min walk, but it does mean going down one elevator, walking a bit and then talking another elevator.

We stayed in the new side of the hotel so it was clean, spacious & beautiful rooms. Hotel is 10mins stroll into the Old Quarter on the riverside so it was perfect to get in & out but away from main thoroughfare so it was lovely at night. Stage service was exceptional. We booked a couples spa package & our two massage therapists Nhung & Thuy were excellent. Professional, skilled & super lovely. All in all - very happy for the place. Pricier than most places but worth the money.

The only minor thing that occurred was I ordered room service twice. The first = excellent. Food cooked well & no issues. The second time I ordered a Beef Pho & they gave me the Chicken soup. When I called to advise they insisted it was correct. I eat Pho all the time & it was disappointing that they didn’t just admit it was wrong but rather insisted I didn’t know the difference. I’m Australian Vietnamese & I eat it all the time but we let it go.
