Exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble.Outstanding service at all times. Joy was indeed a joy. Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked on us everyday. Could not ask for more. Large well furnished rooms with powerful shower. Great swimming pool. So relaxing. Great massages at the Spa. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to the centre or 20k dong by electric taxi.

Just one problem which the hotel has no control over. It's such a shame. The noise from the rooster, geese, and dog next door disturbed our sleep!! If you can tolerate this, I would highly recommend it.

from the moment you arrive to the hotel - you are transported to another world. You are greeted by client liaison - Joy, who truly lives up to her name. She explains everything in detail, your bags are then taken to your room and you are left to explore the wonders of HoiAn, while returning to the luxury of your hotel every time. We had interconnecting family room, which was FABULOUS. Wi-Fi was excellent, so I was able to do my work as well. Location great - we could easily walk to the old town. Also just a short "grab" trip away from AnnBang beach. Breakfast was great, pool very large, atmosphere great, every time we passed by reception area - we were greeted like VIP's. Also laundry was very fast and efficient. We will only stay in this hotel when in HoiAn. Thank you once again Joy and all your team!

Really good rooms, pool and breakfast was good. Overall staff were very nice.

30% extra put on services for tet, we where told that this was standard in Hoi An, which wasn't true, most restaurants in the town didn't charge anything, some did charge 15% extra, no where as high as 30%, this is for a hotel where food/drinks/laundry are already double most other places in town. Not hotels fault, but town now too busy, better staying near the beach.

Everything about the hotel was great, all the staff were great and especially helpful at reception, we had a lovely massage, and the location is great just a 8 minutes walk to the old town bars and restaurants. The beach is very nice but is a short taxi ride 4 k. Download the "grab" app like Uber the taxi cost £1.40. It is possibly the best 3star hotel I have stayed at 👍👍

Great value for money (we travelled in January) - Good sized rooms, clean, great pool (albeit not heated), good breakfast, walking distance to Hoi An old town (less than 10 minutes), hotel provides deckchairs & umbrellas on An Bang beach (if you can nab one!), short/cheap Grab/taxi ride to An Bang beach and coconut water village (~$5), friendly staff.

The most amazing hotel and the most amazing staff. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. We booked 3 nights here, and ended up extending our stay to 5 nights because it was so wonderful. The hotel was beautiful; colourful lanterns greet you at the entrance and along all the pathways; the pool was refreshing; the breakfast was delightful and offered variety; and the rooms were sparkling clean, spacious, had great air-conditioning, and included all the amenities we needed. When we arrived, the manager, Joy (who is truly a joy to be around) greeted us with the warmest welcome. She gave us loads of information about where to go, what to see, what to do, and gave us maps and multiple brochures for different activities we could do while in Hoi An. Thought out trip we frequently spoke with Joy and they other staff, and were more than happy with their service and helpfulness. The hotel has bicycles that are free to use. We rode these almost daily to get to ancient town, which is only a 5 minute ride by bike. The experience of the bike riding was very fun. Joy arranged multiple activities for us while we were in Hoi An. One was a countryside bicycle tour (will review on their site). Joy was also helpful in assisting us with a nice dinner reservation and arranging tickets to see a circus show. Joy also did some research and helped us arrange transportation to our next destination, offering multiple modes of transport at different prices. We will 100% be back to this hotel on our next visit to Hoi An.

Incredibly spacious room, only a short 10 minute walk to ancient town. Reception was very hospitable and went out of the way to pack a breakfast for me to take on my early morning departure before their restaurant opened. Enjoyed having a gym which was simple but sufficient, and think this is great value for how much they provide.

My room smelled a bit of mildew, but it was clean and I just left the doors to the balcony open to get fresh air.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. the location is perfect, great pool, rooms are amazing and a fabulous breakfast. Its the staff that made our stay so perfect. Joy in particular is such a huge asset to the hotel. From checking us in, giving advice on tailors, places to eat, organising taxis etc, she went over and above to make our stay special and we are very grateful. If we were coming back to Hoi An I wouldn’t stay anywhere else 😃

Wonderful hotel, fabulous pool, stylish boutique feel. Staff very friendly and manager Joy was exceptionally helpful organising tours and gave recommendations for local activities and tailors. Free Bicycle hire at hotel really useful. Joy and her team couldn’t have been more helpful, made our stay so enjoyable

We loved everything about this hotel. it was recommended to us a few days before we booked and we were not disappointed. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and clean and peaceful, the free use of the bikes and the facilities on the beach an added bonus. We booked for 3 nights and extended our stay by another night.
