The hotel is complete paradise. There are several pools, each slightly different than the other. The resort is perfectly maintained and every member of staff takes pride in the resort. The restaurants are exceptional. Breakfast is excellent. There are many options available but this doesn't mean that you sacrifice quality. The Red Bean restaurant is particularly good for dinner. Delicious food and a great dining experience. The shuttle bus to the old town and the beach is extremely useful and makes things much easier when travelling with kids. The staff at the resort go above and beyond to make your experience as positive as possible. We will 100% be back to enjoy the resort again in the future.

We really enjoyed time in the infinity pool and pool bar as it was very hot when we visited. The service at the hotel was next level. Staff were incredibly helpful and always cheerful. Food was lovely. The hotel was pristine. The hotel also organised tours which was very convenient. The shuttle bus from the hotel also came in handy.

I loved everything about the hotel, but just a couple of minor things for the hotel to consider. The TV channels were limited when it came to foreign stations. Maybe consider cable? It would have also been great to have a dedicated sports TV / bar. Wimbledon and the F1 grand prix were on during our stay but there was nowhere to watch them. Also, the main pool near the Temple Restaurant was way too hot - like a bath. It did not affect us much as we preferred the other pools anyway.

This is a really, really beautiful hotel. The lobby is stunning, the pools and grounds are just beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. This is a really special hotel; one of those hotels you'll always remember. The staff are super friendly and keen to help. The location is good - not too far from the old town. The breakfast was great; amazing salads. The kids loved the different pools, the swim-up pool bar and the pool table.

Only one thing - the wine pour was tiny!

Our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids had a fantastic stay at this wonderful resort, so much so that we extended it by a couple of days. The resort is beautifully maintained and kept with 4 swimming pools. The resort pictures on Booking.com accurately reflect it. It has a modern fusion of colonial and Asian styling. A resort is of course dependent on its staff. Each and every member of staff we met are a credit to the resort - you can feel their pride in the resort and their wish to deliver not just a high quality service but also a personal one. A small example of this comes in the form of chocolate doughnuts! On our first morning our kids enjoyed chocolate doughnuts as part of the expansive breakfast buffet. The second day there weren’t any left when we arrived; we asked if any were available and the restaurant manager called the other resort restaurant, but none were left. For the rest of our stay, when we arrived for breakfast, 5 chocolate doughnuts were delivered on a plate to our table by a smiling member of staff. We heard many similar stories from fellow guests reflecting the personal service being offered, many having stayed recurrently. Our room was excellent, very comfy beds, excellent showers. The resort is located in a quiet area but only an easy minute 10 minute walk from Hoi An ancient town. You can’t go wrong booking here. We’ll be back.

Hand on heart - nothing

Breakfast was great. They have two locations that offer variety and very friendly staff who look after you and clear your plates quickly. Especially loved the pho station and fresh fruit! Sang was also an incredible staff member who made our stay a 15/10. My husband got hurt during our trip and Sang helped us navigate to a hospital and kept in constant contact to ensure we could get translation services when we were panicked. She also kept in touch with me following the trip because our suitcase was damaged during transit to the airport and she got her team in Hanoi (where we are currently) to drop off a brand new suitcase to replace the damaged one. I am blown away with her work ethic and dedication to service that goes above and beyond for guests. She is a superstar and I will be back to La Siesta because of her. Thank you Sang!! I also used the spa and the service was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. And the spa itself is beautiful. The pools are also beautiful as are the rooms. We stayed in an executive suite overlooking the rice paddy fields and everything was stunning. The balcony was awesome to have a coffee on in the morning and the room was spacious and well equipped. 10/10 stay!

Honestly, we loved it all. I would recommend La Siesta to anyone travelling to Hoi An - there is no better place. It was truly beautiful.

We stayed at La Siesta Resort and Spa for 9 nights earlier this month; all I can say is it wasn't long enough! The rooms were spacious and comfortable; especially the beds. The staff were so attentive to our every need and I would especially like to thank Thuan the Guest Relations Captain who looked after us the entire time; gave us the BEST local food recommendations, made sure we were aware if town would be particularly busy and checked in on us throughout our stay. The level of attentiveness makes it super personal and would be the reason to come back to the hotel time and time again. In addition to this there is a selection of bars and restaurants on offer (all with amazing food and especially good mojitos!), picture perfect swimming pools (both freshwater and saltwater!) and an incredible spa facility within the hotel complex too! I couldn't not sing the praises of the spa staff who from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left made sure we were looked after and indulged to the highest level of pampering! The hotel also arranged some incredible tours for us during our stay; we signed up for the cycling tour which was amazing to get out into the countryside and was really special to visit the local pottery village as well as such an idyllic route. I was not expecting such an amazing quality of food for lunch at one of the Riverside rest stops so what I would recommend is going light on breakfast as you won't want to leave a scrap! The jewel on the tour crown was the My Son tour and this was down to the absolutely amazing tour guide who really brought the history to life and was incredibly informative (and perfect in his communication of this!) I realise I am gushing about the amazingness of it all but I cannot stress how much we enjoyed our time here and all I can say is I cannot wait to go back!

Had a wonderful stay at La Siesta with family. The location is pretty central - a 15-minute walk from the city center (though, there are lots of motorbikes on that road so be extra careful walking). The facilities were also great. The room was clean and spacious. What made our stay extra special though was the staff. Special shout out to Lucky who went above and beyond to assist us, as well as the folks at the spa! Would absolutely return and stay again.

The only thing that was just okay was the food at the restaurants. Had it for both breakfast and lunch one day. I was surprised that it was rated so highly on TripAdvisor. Definitely not bad, but compared to what you can get outside of the resort the food is definitely more expensive and less delicious.

We were travelling as a family of 7, including our 2 boys and their grandparents. The staff was super attentive to our diverse needs, whether it was in organising a cab or helping us with local recommendations. While everyone we encountered was great, I would like to mention Stella Le who was absolutely amazing. We needed some boxes to pack our extra luggage and since the hotel could not organize it, Stella bought a couple of boxes with tape from her house. This was a small example of her kindness and we will be forever grateful. That apart, the hotel is beautiful with lots of wonderful open spaces where I enjoyed reading my book. It also has a nice swimming pool and a pool table which we put to good use. The hotel is also well located - just a 5 min cycle ride from the Old Town area. We would love to go back.

The restaurants close at 1130 pm. Would have liked them to stay open till later.

we love the style of the property and the many swimming pools but most of all it is the outstanding service from its staff that made the biggest difference. All the staff were warm and friendly and 2 of them stood out for their very personable disposition as well as their excellent hospitality and care that made us feel very welcomed. Ms Trang and Mr Long have been outstanding and they are assets of the hotel! In fact my husband remembers Mr Long for his great service from our previous stay at La Siesta in Hanoi.
