The hotel has impeccable service. The staff does everything to make your stay as perfect and comfortable as possible. We were extremely well looked after by Sarah and Susan. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a day of rest. The pool was an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop was very pleasant. Vivian even gave me a personal recipe for Vietnamese coffee. I can't recommend the place more. Professionalism and affection. Rank 10!

Superb hotel. Lovely staff, personal service and a good location a short walk into the town. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Spa great value for guests. Sky bar nice views of hoi an.

Duvets quite thick so need air con on low overnight to prevent getting too hot. Duplex suite lovely with balcony but upper floor windows look out directly onto sky bar area from the 6th floor so need to keep blinds down!

The hotel is in a great location for both the cultural centre of Hoi An and the beach (although for the beach you would require a taxi or bike). The area is quiet and has some small eating places but well within walking distance of the main Old Town area. Our room (508) was beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom, hardwood floors a TV and a small balcony with furniture, overlooking the beautiful pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well (it’s a quiet neighbourhood). There was a safe/minibar and a wardrobe and good lighting all in good working order. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice, great bread. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, bikes are offered free to use if required.

This has to be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Staff were very attentive, friendly, welcoming and engaging. Each morning at breakfast they asked my plans for the day and asked if I enjoyed what I had said I was doing the previous day. The food was excellent, the spa was brilliant and so relaxing. The rooms were clean bright airy and offered good views. The roof top bar was so nice and offered great views also and a relaxing escape from the busy streets of the ancient old town. When I was at breakfast on the last day, the front desk supervisor who spoke to me every morning asked where I was going after I checked out and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. When going to the taxi, the receptionist walked me to the door of the taxi opened the door and told me to take care! If you are coming to Hoi an this should be your hotel of choice.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

New small hotel located about 10-15 mins walk from the old town. We had a spacious and quiet room. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities including a nice pool and great spa. Massage is highly recommended. Hotel restaurant was good for the included breakfasts, and the one dinner we had there when we were unable to head into town due to a severe electrical storm and power cut was really nice and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a stay here.

Only slight downside is that while it’s a pretty short walk to the old town, the road is quite busy and footpaths in Vietnam seem to be for conducting trade and scooter parking, not pedestrians, so you spend alot of time walking on the road in the traffic. We figured out a slightly longer but quieter walking route to the old town via residential side streets so it wasn’t really a bother and not enough to put me off the staying here again of if we came back.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Hoi An old town as it is so close to everything that you want/need to see. There is some great street food in the vicinity. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning of our 7 night stay, so much to choose from. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and informative, each gave their own special touch so not needing to give accolades to any particular individual as they were all outstanding. Congratulations to you all. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

From the moment we were Picked up from the airport to the moment we returned we had the best first time in Vietnam. Not a large hotel, which was great. Staff very friendly, we can’t thank them enough for the service they all provided . Staff greeted us each morning by name and were always interested in our plans for the day and took the time to listen to the adventures we created. Close to town walking distance or you could use one of their free bicycles which we did for a morning ride to the beach area.

Loved everythink about tho hotel. The manger sophi is number one. For me in Vietnam🏩🇻🇳.. There is Nothink this lady can not help you with. The staff. From when you arrive greeted with smiles. Cloi Rachel and Susan. On reception. go above and beyond.,to acomadate your every need . To make your stay in hoi relaxing and memorable . All the staff are restrante and house keeping are just fantastic. I will be back. Location is great 10 min walk to old town. And yet the hotel is peacful and quite. I had best sleep. I will be back for sure. Can recomed this gem hotel in hoi Enough. Ps also grace in spa gives great relaxing massage. Perfect after traveling. 🙏💆❤️

Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Hotel felt new and well maintained. Delicious breakfast (including egg station) that I had to use a lot discipline not to gain huge amounts of weight at. I loved the free bikes - completely opened up the town and surrounding areas (eg 15 min cycle to the beach). The staff also rented us a scooter which was very new and exceptional quality (best I've ridden in Asia) for the same price as any competitors. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us (eg calling us a taxi when grab was failing us on a busy evening). Spa in the hotel was a nice touch.

The staff are very well trained and lots of reviews here mention them using your name - this is true and it's great customer service but I sometimes wanted to skip the conversation about my plans for the day at breakfast, or about my workout and just head up to my room without talking. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk into the old town which quickly put us off going into town frequently. It's not a huge problem but worth being aware of (it's very quick on a bike or scooter!). There are still a good number or restaurants (try the simple looking local place opposite the hotel, and the Korean restaurant a few minutes away) and cafes very near the hotel.

First of all the staff is amazing ..they are the heart of this hotel..everybody smiles ..the welcoming is 10 out of 10..we change some hotels in this 3 weeks trip and I can say that ..you are the best..and just because of them ..from the front desk till all the others that we meet ..and of course rooms. Looks amazing . Bed extremely comfortable ..pool refreshing ..breakfast top..planty of choices..and they are refilling in the next second..soo a..thank you verry much guys for this 3 days..keep up the good work ..and keep the smiles on your faces
