The hotel was very great. The staff are super friendly and open for conversation. I find myself comfortable spending time here with my wife during a vacation trip from stressful time at work. The hotel has many Japanese decoration such as art and bamboo ornaments. If you are from Japan then you would find very closed to the way the house is decorated! Highly recommend for Tourists who loves to spend time in a quiet and beautiful place!

The pool, the rooms. Very friendly and helpful, always on site and available to help with anything you need. Free bike rental is awesome to reach the centre. Reasonable priced motorbike rental. Reasonable priced chilled water, would probably spend much more on the streat because prices in HoiAn are off the Vietnam charts (Coffee in a local very cozy bar without "tourist tax" is 12d-19d and its much better tasting than the thing you get for 70d in the city just because their menu is in English). Reasonable priced taxi to DaNang. Everything was perfect.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked 3 nights and extended to 5 days! Its very peaceful and slightly out from the main touristy areas. The room was perfect, great bathroom with lots of little extras. The pool was great and we loved the balcony view. The owner is so kind and friendly and keeps everything so clean and tidy. She can help you organise taxis to airport & if you want tours but she is not pushy at all. We didn't have breakfast but it looked great. Thank you for a great stay in Hoi An.

Nothing - everything was perfect

We really enjoyed the balcony! It's perfect after a hectic day, to enjoy the sunset and view over the pool and garden. Also the bed is So comfortable! The best bed in Vietnam! Location is perfect with free bikes you can easily use them to the beach and old town. It's feels more like a homestay and the family is very cute and helpful:) We actually loved it so much that we extended our stay with 4 more nights!

We might have been here outside of peak season as the restaurant was closed and the pool didn't run properly. But during our stay, they were fixing and running the pool so we enjoyed it form day 2.:)

We had a lovely stay at VIP Garden Villa and Pool. The hosts were really nice and made us feel welcome. They also offered a laundry service which was really convenient for us. The pool area was really nice and private, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our room was also really nice with a lovely balcony. Overall, we had a great stay at VIP Garden Villa and Pool and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in a nice setting.

The only downside was that the location is not really central and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the center. Also, we would suggest that shower gel and shampoo be provided in the bathroom. Although there were plenty of conditioner bottles, it would have been nice to have the full set.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The owners are great hosts and lovely people. The location is good being a 10 minute walk from the Ancient Town. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool one afternoon. The owner kindly arranged our onward journey from Hoi An to Hue which included stops at Marble Mountain, Hai Van Pass and then Lang Co beach for lunch. The price was much lower than the tours available online, and our driver and the car which we travelled in were great. Thank you!

A very sweet homestay that has everything that you need and is in the PERFECT location, just out of the hustle and bustle of the old town but within quick walking distance. Phuong helped us with so many things - our laundry, we rented a really affordable bike from her for the day, we then rented bikes from her for the Haivan pass, she helped book our bus tickets to Ninh Binh, and and and. Lovely spot, definitely recommend for Hoi An.

I went and stayed here together with my fiancee, we had a great time together! The staff were very nice and friendly, way better than our expectation. It only took like 5 minutes to walk from the place to the Ancient Town center so it is very convenient for those who don't want to walk to dead back to their accommodation after the trip lol. Other services such as bicycle and laundry are prompt and of good quality too! I have spent a good time here with my love one so 10/10

We had a lovely time in VIP Garden Villa and Pool, we had a large room with pool and garden view. The owner and her family were very kind and helpful throughout our stay and helped with organising tours, motorbike and taxis etc. We both felt safe throughout our time & felt that it had a nice homely vibe. The owner also cleaned our room each day which was pleasant to come back to. It took around 10-15 minutes to walk to the old town which we didn’t have an issue with. Thank you!

It was amazing! 200% very clean. Our host was very nice and always had a smile on her face, accommodating and hospitable. She kept everything clean especially the floors! ♥️ The value for money is 5 stars. If you want to cook your meal you can go to the market and cook or you can just ask her. We will be staying here whenever we go back to Hoi An. Mind you it is about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town but with a motorcycle bike about 3 - 4 minutes. If you have a bike or you don't mind walking then this is a good area.
