The view was nice The staff was so helpful It was a safe place to stay at and comfortable too

The breakfast was boring,nothing really special. The only thing you would like to eat is his dogs and egg can’t really see an interesting amount of food it’s just the same everyday and very simple for such a good hotel! When ever we wanted the rooms ti be cleaned, the only thing that we noticed was cleaned was the bed which was only made and everything else stayed in it’s place. Even empty Pepsi cans was at its place not even thrown away. The staff for cleaning the rooms was really horrible couldn’t notice a difference in the rooms after being cleaned. In the weekends they had some party’s and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of people talking and shouting and it was annoying.

The customer service in lounge, brothus and front desk were excellent.

I found a small stain on the bedsheet. I ordered medium rare steak in brothus but it came nearly well done. Plus, there was a staff who came into my room without waiting for my response.

Modern and spacious room, good breakfast service, great location. Staff very helpful and friendly! The spa was amazing too

Hotel didn't have much of a taxi service like other 5* Dubai hotels. You either have to order your own taxi or get a private hotel taxi which are almost triple the normal taxi price

Staff were good and attentive.

Breakfast was not great. Food lay out, taste, variety, healthy choices were all deficient. latte-Macchiato was terrible.

Stayed at 13th floor. The corridor carpet smell like vomit for the 8 nights I stayed.

Room service food was good; breakfast had a good variety and was also good.

We arrived at 7 am and finally got our room keys after 3:30pm. There were too many people and a queue to be seated for breakfast. We may have gone at peak season.

The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, there was hair on the floor. Smells like mold. The furniture is overused, therefore it has scratches and stains.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, perfect breakfast, very clean, fantastic view, nice pool with bar, helpful staff. 15 min walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. A perfect promenade on the canal right oposite the hotel where we used to walk after the breakfast as it is shaded by surrounding buildings.

Had to wait for the room on arrival for more than half an hour even though it was 5pm and though they called the day before to confirm the arrival time. The nearest metro station is quite far.
