I really appreciated the hotel’s travel agent who mans the desk close to the main reception. Joy was literally our ‘travel fairy godfather’ during our stay in Ramada Dubai! Big shout out to him for helping us book certain attractions we thought were impossible to ascertain due to the festive season. With good deals too. A real & friendly gentleman of a gem indeed. I also liked the complimentary water bottles given to us in the room. The bed was comfy as well and the room in its entirety is spacious too.

I was not a fan of the bathtub size and the view was a bit disappointing as we got ‘a building facing’ room. So we could only see the building right next to us which dimmed the natural lighting of the room a bit.

Location is quite good, 15-20 minutes to Dubai Internet Citi metro station. Hotel stuff are nice and polite. I would like to thank Prakash who helped me to arrange a transfer to Airport.

In my room it seemed like water is leaking. I guess it’s easy to repair.

The staff were so lovely, everyone was incredibly friendly and we arrived on my birthday and were surprised by a birthday cake and greetings! Thank you so much Sahil! It really made my day! The location is also great if you are looking for a base that’s pretty close to everything and is budget friendly. There are a few supermarkets in walking distance and one little shop next door so that’s perfect. Metro station is about a 10 minute walk away 😊 Oh and it was awesome to have a bathtub!

As soon we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by Hamid who has been very helpful with our questions and made our stay superb. Our room at 5. floor had a good view to an undeveloped area, which we appreciated rather than staring to another concrete hotel. Room was spacious, comfy and housekeeping kept it very clean. We enjoyed pool area and gym as well. Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. Sushi restaurant downstairs was yummy too. Overall awesome stay.

Pillows were a little hard to sleep on. No alternative milks offered at breakfast buffet (only on 1. day), so rest of the stay we couldnot order a coffee.

Location was good: you have many options for your meal as the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants, coffee shops and even 2 carrefours Shuttle bus takes you to JBR beach , Mall of Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall Hotel was clean, staff was polite and ready to help any time with any request My room was free-of-charge upgraded, I had balcony to enjoy morning coffee!

Though I had one inconvenience in room: the hairdryer I couldn’t figure out if the issue was with the dryer itself or it’s just type of hd : while I was blowdrying my hair , it shut down in 1 or 2 min and I had to wait another minute or so for it to start working again… The hairdryer was changed but still it wasn’t working properly So to avoid this ⬆️ carry your own. Especially if you have important meeting or something planned for a day

During my visit to Ramada, I was impressed not only by the hotel's amenities and overall quality but also by the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to commend Suhail from Kenya, Hamid and Rami from Tunisia, and their manager Osama. The team's approach to hospitality truly reflects world-class standards. They embrace Dubai's diversity and promote tolerance, which is commendable. I believe Osama plays a significant role in fostering such a positive and motivational environment for his team. Additionally, I was amazed by the team's problem-solving abilities. For example, during my stay in the lobby when I needed to extend my stay for an extra night, and two other customers required assistance, the team managed to handle everything efficiently. Overall, I must say that the hospitality experience at Ramada exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such excellent service. You truly are the best in the business.

The hotel was truly a breathtaking experience! The luxurious atmosphere and comfort made our stay unforgettable. The staff, especially the outstanding service representative Basha, went above and beyond our expectations. Her care and dedication at the breakfast buffet were evident, especially when it came to the needs of our little baby. Salif at the reception also impressed with exceptional friendliness and the ability to fulfill even special requests. First-class service and warm staff made our stay a perfect all-around experience! He is an asset to the hotel.I am thankful to Mr Usama for his presence in need. I am thankful Mr Sahil Nimavat for his special smiles and always eager to help , solve problems and answer in details.I am thankful to Miss Aditi who received me with great welcome on the reception and always a great help on all the calls.I am very happy with cleaning services of Angel Ramada and Min Kumar. Angel humble treatment to the guest with smile make me feel very very comfortable during communication. Regardless of the time they always eager to help. Food is excellent, sushi is the best food here and a breakfast is a relaxing treat. It’s a very safe and respectful place to stay and live. I recommend everyone to stay here. First of all location. It is a bit far from nosy and traffic places which is comfortable to live and stay. Room is clean and super comfortable. I have to mention the facilities: Japanese restaurant on the first floor and restaurant are the best places to spent time and the terrace is where I’ve been working time to time! Totally the best place to stay with family 😎 I want to say a very big thank you to Sahil to make our stay memorable and very comfortable these days. He is a big hearted man and a very great host!
