food staff cleaniness

Friendly staff and facility was very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day for all ages. Beach was very clean and much better than resorts down the beach. Burger hut for lunch had great burgers and sports bar had great wings.

Lots of open air concepts which means not much a/c, so makes it a little difficult when u want to cool down or want a nice cool place to eat. A few air-conditioned spots but not many. Food was just sub-par and almost everyone in our group of 15 was sick with stomach issues.

I didn't like the beach because it had alot of seaweed. The food was salty, it was hard to get in different restaurants. The beds were damp and cold my 2 sisters had to change rooms.

Food was beyond the expectations.

I think the service in general is really good, but I would have liked the waitresses in the buffet to be a little more attentive to the people who are eating especially with the drinks.

What we liked was the staff everyone went out of their way to make things happen except the “butler” we had he was virtual was never able to get us into the restaurants....we found a loophole which was not cool but in the it benefited the staff.

You need to make reservations easier for people to eat at the restaurants...also the nights end at 10:30 pm...music and no evening activities after that time...expected to have more things to do at night j realize COVID changed things but they have outdoor areas that they can keep the DJ on longer....also the rooms need improvements...

Beautiful resort. Grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. Best hotel gym we’ve ever seen. Our butler Nazario was very helpful with dinner reservations and answering questions quickly. The VibeTeam at the pool was fun, offering exercise, games, dancing and other entertainment. Jean-Paul (JP Papi) was so friendly, always checking on us and by the end of the week knew our names.

* Change up the nightly entertainment instead of just singing every night. Thursday night was an acrobatic variety show that was very enjoyable. * Offer more options for lunch instead of just one restaurant, and have an ice cream or gelato shop * Replace room essentials on a daily basis. We ran out of toilet paper twice since we were not provided a back up roll. * Do not limit what can be ordered for dinner since this is an all inclusive resort. The one evening at Grazie we were told we could only order one item from the appetizer section and one main course. We had wanted to order a pizza for our group to share but were told we could not do that.

Lenny my personal butler was AMAZING! Yeraldine from the private Diamon Club beach cabana was also AMAZING! Jacqueline and Juliana did an AMAZING job with the beach massage. Looking forward to come back again!!!

I was really looking forward to the Thursday night show that was canceled due to a wedding. I was hoping for more activities throughout the resort.

Clean beach, spacious rooms and very clean environment. Beautiful looking resort.
