Excellent service. The staff is friendly, respectful and eager to please. Good and varied breakfast. Awesome fresh tropical fruit. Location, location, location. Comfortable rooms. Very clean.

This is a great property, but in need of refurbishment. The linens, especially the towels should be replaced. Towels are threadbare, frayed, and dingy. The bathrooms are outdated and need attention. Even though the breakfast is very good, in a country famous for its coffee, the decaffeinated coffee, they serve is instant coffee. Quite disappointing.

From the beginning to the end, amazing stay at the Hotel Dann Cali, warn and genuine staff taking care of all our requests. You can feel that the staff is focusing in customer service and they really know how to make you feel that you are at home. Special thanks to the reception staff, the lobby Bar (Ruben and Willian) and the extraordinary service of Freddy at the restaurant. (by the way the food is above the average, very tasty and full of flavor :D ) Totally recommended the Hotel and looking forward to promptly return to la Capital del Cielo.

it is a 5 stars hotel so the food was amazing, the size of the room was great but the view of the whole city of Cali was unbelievable. Great Experience and for sure I will stay here again.

Bath towels were not good quality we expect from five star hotel and coffee brewer/maker was not in the quest room. Hotel should provide the area for smokers somewhere in the building or roof top

Dann Cali was awesome! The facilities are superb, although I didn't have the chance to use the pool (I hope I'll get back one day); the breakfast was delicious! The hotel is located in a great area, relatively fresh, right by the river and a hill. It is close to downtown, and is in the middle of a popular, social area. The best part of It is the personnel. I loved It!

The bed was confortable, everything was clean. Breakfast was good and with enough options. Beautiful view over the river.

The hotel doesn’t have fountains to serve water on the premises or coffe machines inside the room. The minibar doesn’t contain a price list. Also you can hear everything that happens inside the hallways, so if guests arrive late you will know.

Unclear that it was a different hotel than the better known. Had to walk through a ramp to access the room and back to access hotel facilities.

The room was huge with a nice hot shower. The breakfast was fantastic - great assortment of everything. The gym was good. good

The hot tub was not hot. I made a reservation 2x's. The first time I asked 3 times for the staff to make it hotter. It never happened. I requested the water to be hot the evening before and the day of the 2nd reservation and it did not happen. It was colder and murky the 2nd day. When I informed the front desk later that day that I was displeased, one of the staff members offered to reschedule the appointment and make it right. He was very nice but it was too late. They did have the steam room hot and ready.
