We stayed here many times for vacation and also during the Ironman Muskoka. There are so many activities and they have heated indoor and outdoor pool. And also non motorized water sports are included with time limit. We also arrived early and they gave us a wrist band so we can enjoy the lake area.

As soon as we step inside the room I checked if the room is clean and I disinfect everything especially the side table, I noticed It looks so sticky. I don't see anyone cleaning and towels are all over the place. I don't see anyone cleaning the surfaces most people touch like the handrails or the doors. You need to book the outdoor pool to be able to use it but no staff in the pool area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very nice with reasonably priced food and good service. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the bed was a reasonable height.

The pool could have been cleaner and there was no elevator so you had to use stairs to get to the pool. signage inside and out could have been better. At the sauna, I didn’t realize the entrance was through the respective change rooms and there was no sign to the ladies change room. Outside at night, I couldn’t find the entrance. It would have been nice to have a scan to give information that used to be in hard copy in the rooms before Covid.

The breakfast buffet was very overpriced and not fresh. I expected the buffet to have alot more options for $17. Eggs and pancakes were dry and crusty. Potatoes seemed like frozen and fried. The croissant and other baked goods were also very dry and not fresh.

Everything special6 how friendly and accommodate the manager Debbie and all staff was I was in this property last year and you can tell the news leadership from Debbie had a very positive impact in Everything specially the staff !!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view is magnificent. The waitress in the restaurant had a great sense of humor . They had a pool and other things that we did get time to explore. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place again

We were impressed by the quality and friendliness of the staff service, despite your staff shortage. We chose Hidden Valley because of its location, especially this time of year (fall), and the view and surroundings were superb.

Can't think of anything we did not like.

The view was great. Check in was smooth and breakfast was nice as well at the hotel.

The rooms could use more updates /new furniture. The amenities fees of extra 20$ wasn't very justified as there were no amenities as such except for parking.

Very nice facilities near Huntsville, our favourite town in the Muskoka region and it permits pets at a $45 per visit charge for a limited number of first floor rooms. Beds, especially pillows, are very comfortable and COVID pool capacity limits worked out well as everyone had poolside seating for the hour(s) reserved and pool was never too crowded. Very comfortable patio with excellent views and great breakfast at a relatively reasonable price. Also within 10 minutes from two of our local restaurant favorites, Muskoka on the Rocks and 3 Guys and a Stove.

It ran out of regular room coffee on our last morning there and it was on back-order. I mentioned at front desk that they should have offered free coffee from the restaurant under those circumstances but that was not a big deal to us and I do recognize that all this resort is just getting back on its feet from a long COVID shutdown…🤷🏻‍♂️

Very clean. We had an issue with 2 things in the bathroom and it was fixed very quickly. The pool, jacuzzi and the hot sauna were very nice. Our room was upgraded just so we could get the nice view we were hoping to have.

The property has a great potential, nice grounds, however not maintained properly. We liked the pools and the beach, the restaurant on site and the canoes and kayaks. Staff members mostly friendly

The room is outdated and smells.... There is no room service to change towels or remove trash from the rooms The pool vinyl is pretty dirty The whole building including the restaurant is seriously understaffed There is no elevator to reach different floor so you have to carry your belongings
