Most parts of the hotel recently renovated. Not the typical North American style, more European, great! Clean laminate floor in the room, no carpet, great! Walk-in shower instead of bathtub with shower, great! Room spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast as expected; clean breakfast room. Some renovation (pool) still going on; will be nice I guess. Will book again and give "10" with finished pool :-) Almost no disturbance by starting and landing planes.

Room clean up is every 3rd day; that's not a problem because the bath is fitted with enough towels etc. The only thing is, it should be mentioned by checking in; I guess I'm not the only one who asked after the first day without cleaning up the room reception.

The rooms were completely renovated, the common areas are still under renovation. Comfy Beds Clean Rooms Great Staff

Nothing to be honest, its just the location is far from downtown but again that's a given because the hotel is in Mississauga. You can get to the GO station by bus but it can get time consuming. If you drive, the Malton GO station is just a 10-15 mins drive and you get get a train or bus to downtown from there.

Everything was supperb, the staff are anazing they go above and beyond to give excellent service. Special thanks to their manager who was very helpful with our requests. And to Simerjeet from the kitchen who is very helpful and friendly especially with my kids. Thank you all.

Breakfast at this location was accetable. There was a variety of choices which made it easy to find something to suit each of my very different children.

Front desk lady at the time of check in was in a bad mood before I got there. Her energy was all kinds of negative but I didn't let that bother me. Love and light to her. Other hotel staff were exceptional and that was much appreciated.

I love the room. Initially it was Book for 2 persons. But, we were 4 Friends that stayed together for the holiday. And the room was Spacious and very Comfortable to accommodate all of us.

There's Construction going on. So there was some noise during the day. So it's understandable.

I liked the walk-in shower stall. I also enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The air-conditioner worked well throughout my stay

I did not like the fact that the room was cleaned every three days.

It was dooo nice and classy. Very clean.the vreakfadt was good. The location is centered very impressive. Staff is very welcoming

To me it was very nice and perfect for ny family.

The 7-10 time frame was appreciated, the customer service by the front desk staff and the overall quality of the stay. Most importantly the location is perfect.

The eggs were mediocre, felt like powdered eggs or not fresh. The sausage was improperly heated twice..that should not be an issue..why no bacon? Strawberry jam was out of stock

The elevator going down gets stuck for a few minutes and makes it feel like ur getting stuck cause it’s not moving and ur only going down 1 floor!! It’s very frightening to think that ur going to be stuck in an elevator.

The staff were amazing especially SADIA ,AMAN AND SERINA. They were just very knowledgeable and very helpful.
