Did not have breakfast

Have to pay extra for breakfast. Wish a cup of coffee was free. Wish shower had hot water and not just barely warm.

The front desk staff was friendly, the elevator smelled good, and the outside of the property was exceptionally well-kept. I appreciated that housekeeping did not clean rooms daily unless requested as it is not necessary. I believe this was reflected in the accommodation pricing. The carpet appeared fresh, not worn and the bedding was soft. I met several friends at the Cambria, all of whom purchased rooms at the Cambria. We enjoyed our rooms and all had many positive things to say about the Cambria--Plano, TX.

I would have liked breakfast to be included in the price or pay an additional price up front for breakfast passes. Breakfast was not offered and the pricing was not advertised. I steered clear of it, being leery of the possible astronomical cost. Other guests were unsure of what was included in the breakfast and what items were additional (such as those included in the drink case near the front of the dining area).

The whirlpool suite was spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet. Response to our request for fresh towels was prompt. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The coffee and protein snack we got for the road as we left was very good. Overall, a very nice stay. We'll gladly check for Cambria locations as we travel.

You could provide more than two cups in the room. Other places we stay, usually Hilton, provide coffe/tea cups as well as cups in the bathroom. I know we could have requested more, but it wasn't that big a deal. We made do, but it would certainly say something about attention to detail if you'd provide more cups in the room.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very comfortable mattress. Well maintained pool area and comfortable lobby bar. Breakfast is quite good, but shuts down too early for those of us arriving from Eastern time zones.

Desk clerk on duty at our late arrival gave us incorrect weekday breakfast time. Room lighting was fairly dim. Staff told us at check-out that we could have requested brighter bulbs be put in in the fixtures, but who knew that was possible?

Always love staying here!! This is my 3rd stay at this location. Clean, friendly staff and great location! Won’t stay anywhere else when visiting the Plano/Frisco area!! Highly recommend!!!!

Clean and super friendly staff!

Every aspect of my stay was average to good, and I have no hard criticisms of this property.

There was nothing outstanding about this property, and the distance (albeit a short distance) from retail/dining left me feeling a bit detached from the hustle and bustle of the Shops at Legacy comlex.

Awesome room and facilities. Very clean and plenty of space. Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but that's a minor point. Actual beds were very comfortable. Only giving it a 9 rather than 10 because they didn't have breakfast both days which were NYE and new year's day maybe.

The Hotel is pet friendly, the staff were very polite, very clean room and facilities, rooms were nice and comfortable, the location of the hotel is near a lot of good restaurants, and the rates for the room was affordable and worth the price.

Our negative was the lack of counter top space in bathroom. Toiletry bags fell on the floor multiple times. Also, need a mirror you can stand or sit close to…another mirror

The lounge areas were nice to be able to hang out or eat or just relax somewhere other than our room. The pool area was also a favorite.

Not free breakfast. Especially for the amount we paid.
