had a hard tine getting from the train station to the hotel. Could not reach the hotel to get service, no phone number to the hotel. had to go through a third party. really was upsetting coming in at night and no one to contact. Luckly, a car service meets the train when it comes in, otherwise I would have been stuck at the train station alone at night..

The stay was great 👍🏾 our room was spacious the breakfast and delicious.

I didn't like that I itched from my head to my legs in bed. Not sure if it's the detergent used I took 1 benadryl before I went to bed and 2 more at 2 am that morning.😔 So I didn't get much sleep as I wished.

the view and the different things to eat and do with in walking distance

with the high price for a room for one night or more and it doesn’t have a real spots bar feel some people like to be able to do everything at there stay eat,drink, and watch some sports at a nice bar

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to where we wanted to be in the area. Had stayed there several years ago.

Wasn't informed we had to request our room to be refreshed. Had dinner in the restaurant and don't know if short staffed or what, but my dinner arrived 20 minutes after my husband's. We did not do breakfast there.

Awesome staff, wonderful reception/welcoming. Employees are genuinely happy and kind.

Room could have been cleaner, housekeeping should pay closer attention to detail when cleaning.

Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms were very clean & beds were super comfortable. Had a fantastic view of some fountains which were decorated for Christmas. Great atmosphere. We never did try breakfast here or the restaurant at all so can not speak of the food. Will definitely stay again.

For the price of stay complimentary breakfast is a must. You pay two hundred to lay your head and then have to pay thirty plus for breakfast.

Bed was comfortable

Ms. Vivian had amazing customer service that exceeded EVERY expectation. AJ gave us the VIP experience giving us delicious customized drinks.

Absolutely great rate for the week spent here! Love the facility and room! Hope to come back again and hopefully score such a great rate again.

I really don't have anything that comes to mind. Everything was adequate. I do believe the breakfast could be a bit more inexpensive.

I liked everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hallways were peaceful. The returant had a mini menu with the best choice food items. The chef was amazing. The sitting area was nice for my daughter and her teammates to sit down and regroup from thier games. My husband enjoyed the bar, food.and the big screen TV downstairs. The location was the best!

The hotel was exceptional clean. The restaurant food was great. The space was perfect for my family of three. The staff members were very helpful.
