The property was very clean// rooms were updated and very comfortable

The staff// I booked on booking for smoking rooms she acted like she couldn’t change the rooms to non smoking// for free// she wanted me to pay more money for an accommodation! Also before the trip I asked for a late check out they said sure I could leave at 12 for free// when we called that night to confirm she said no 11am and if I wanted to leave at 12 they would charge the card for another nights stay! They need to re-train staff on hood customer service! The housekeeping staff was phenomenal! We absolutely loved them…. It was a man and woman we forgot their names but they were super sweet and kind ❤️ they made our stay wonderful ❤️

Loved the comfy bed and how clean everything was! Great location and the value can’t be beat!!

For security purposes, the parking lot is very brightly lit almost like a football stadium. The light shown under the drapes by the A/C- not a big issue. The continental breakfast was OK. I wish they offered oatmeal. But still nice to have something offered!

Check in was easy. When we opened the door to the room we were immediately impressed. The exterior gives the impression of an older hotel, but the interior of the room looked brand new. The bed was big and comfortable and everything was clean. It was a very comfortable stay.

We only had one tiny issue - the refrigerator. It kept ticking and knocking. Fortunately we didn't need to use it, so we wound up unplugging it while we slept.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I also liked that I was on the 1st floor and in the end corner so that I'm not between any rooms.

The location was hard to see where to drive in at night. Also, the location of it in the direction of a One Way street, so you automatically have to make a right when you exit, even if there's a location on your left that you're trying to head to.

Price was great,beds were comfy. The room served its purpose for the night.

The A/C unit was very noisy and still could not drown out the hwy noise. Breakfast consisted of cereal bars and microwaveable waffles and juice. At check-in, the person behind the counter is wearing a very vulgar shirt, not that it offended me, but for a representative of Days Inn was definitely not appropriate.

I did like that they came in to male beds, empty trash, and adequate sure we had towels. Excellent service on that.

Everything was clean except for the bathroom. The floor was very dirty with hair all on it. Besides that Everything else was good.

Great stay! Clean room....plush towels......comfy beds......A/C worked great.....TV worked........recently remodeled and quite nice!!

Our room only had hot water for some reason in the shower. Was tolerable for a shower but was strange there was no cold water.

It was just like online pics said it was.... The beds were everything, hot water was great, A/C blew cold, beautiful view if you're upstairs ❤️❤️❤️... I really enjoyed my stay here.. great price and coffee was good 👍

It's not a dislike, but it would have been nice to have a closet, but they do have an ironing board and iron.. 👍👍

Got there late due to I-10 being shut down for hours. The staff directed us to where we could get some food for our dinner. It was close, and easy to find. We really liked that the hot water was nearly instantaneous when turning on the faucet, and the cold water was nice and cold.

Price was great. Can get two economical rooms for the price that you would pay for one room elsewhere. 8 minutes away from the golden nugget casino. Free Wi-Fi cable TV. Well lit parking lot. I felt safe parking my vehicle.

It is right off the expressway so you hear alot of road noise. I do not recommend for light sleepers. Basic room. This is what you expect of a motel.
