After settling in the first night i found it very cozy despite my first impression. The bed was comfortable, the ac kept the room very cool, the shower pressure and hot water was good. The housekeepers did a great job and did more than we asked when touching up our room.

In our non-smoking room there were cigarette holes in our blankets. Not a deal breaker for me but I worried I'd be charged for smoking in the room if they thought it was from me. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't super dirty or filthy by any means. The room had a somewhat unpleasant odor when we first arrived but dissipated within a couple days.

The facility was very clean and room was just renovated with the property having ground security and the front desk clerk Cerina was very pleasant.Yes this is a place we will visit again.

Because of the renovations going on no breakfast was being serve.

The room itself was good. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Room was really clean. Tv worked well. Had a desk...I like that for my computer. The shower heat was a little low. I enjoyed the room.

It's just a little on the rough side. Like exterior stuff was dirty and a little crumbly.

Nothing fancy but it was inexpensive and the bed was very comfortable. Only a 20 minute uber and we were on bourbon st. We chose this location because we wanted a smoking room and you can't find one in New Orleans at all.

The ice machine was out of order. Had to go get ice from the front desk.

i loved the services from the employees. the pool was great. the room services was great.
