Comfort Suites Grandview - Kansas City

The breakfast was great, enjoying the fact that it was Buffet style. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the room size was great for the amount of people that were staying (3), without feeling as if we were cramped. I like the cleanliness of the hotel itself and the fact that I did not have an issue finding a cart for our things.

There was nothing that we did not like, everything was close and convenient for us.

I really liked that the property was close and easy access to my daughters school. It was a clean and neat lobby and entrance. The staff was very kind, helpful, and polite. The room was clean and cool.

The towels had some permanent stains. The tv stations were hard to get to and there was no paper guide to help.

Michael and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location and the facility is very clean.

My only complaint is not against the facility, but the beds are soft and if you have back problems like I do then I would suggest requesting a room with firmer mattress; if applicable.

Breakfast was ok. Good not great. Plenty of options and food. Same breakfast both days. I prefer some variety. The rooms were very clean and very big. Comfortable bed. The bathrooms were big and clean. Really nice room. The hallways were also clean and nice. Same with the lobby and breakfast area.

close location without being in downtown Kansas City. the staff was friendly and got us new sheets for our bed when we first arrived and notice a problem with them.

the breakfast was not kept stocked. I understand weekends can be busy, but hotels have a count of how many are in their building. They should be able to prepare better. Especially for a weekend that involved an NFL playoff game.

Hot breakfast. With juices, coffee, breads, with waffles and pancakes maker on the spot.

Egg paddies and sausage links were dry and hard. Didn’t replenish breads and rolls very often. Breakfast shut down too soon on Sunday morning. A couple of the towels had a stain.

The room was very clean. The lady who was working at the front desk when we checked in was fabulous: friendly, helpful, efficient. My daughters loved the lemon infused water in the lobby.

The breakfast was average. The coffee at breakfast was not good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel

Breakfast, meet was overcooked, (good to realize when meat is on a heating source, it will continue to cook) someone had mixed eggs in with the meat(may a child, not sure) coffee seemed watered down,

Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast; something for everyone. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious for family of 3 (2 adults, 1 kid).

Honestly, no complaints. Highly recommend.

This hotel is superb! The rooms are spacious, clean, well-appointed. The beds are A+! Front desk Debra is indeed a superstar. She was over and above helpful and accommodating!! We will stay here again.

Couldn't find a restaurant to sit down and have a glass if wine or beer before dinner. Many fast food places though, if that's what one prefers.
