We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there 3 out of our 5 nights and ordered something different each night. The wait staff was amazing. The pool and the bar and grille were also great. The hotel was very accessible to the beach. My wife loved the scenery and the option to chill outside by the Turtle Pond. Amazing staff!!!

We just wished there were more resort activities at night that would bring all the families together, such as line dancing, games, karaoke, etc. After around 7pm, there was nothing to do except sit in the lobby. The lobby musician didn't play a diverse variety of music genres, just basically country.

Sonesta is very nice, love the beach, very clean, beds are very comfortable, beautiful grounds. The room was very spacious and had a cute balcony. We had the deluxe 2 queen. Lots of areas to hang out inside and outside. The pool restaurant was good, pricey but food and drinks were pretty good. Adult pool was great and necessary due to so many people/kids in the pool. Air conditioning in the room worked great!!

Long walk to the beach was good and bad. Long drive to the main road. Nothing is close enough to walk to, however there are a lot of restaurants nearby once you get to the main road.

The location was great and convenient to everything. We had everything at the resort so we didnt actually have to leave. The pool was great and the poolside service was excellent. The bar staff were attentive and accommodating. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The grounds have fire pits and conversation seats spread throughout. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

my biggest issue was when I checked out. i was asked if the room should be charged to the credit card on file. - Yes. I was asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt. I answered yes. I was then asked if an email was ok. I said yes. she replied ok thank you for your stay. i asked what my total was because I wanted to make sure all was accurate. she told me the total. when I got the email it was more than $100 more than she told me. My bill was correct but I think I should have been able to view all the charges before my card was actually charged. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. But it really didnt take away from the stay.

I like the atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I video and everyone wanted to know where this was and thought I was on a island. They wanted to know where this was located. But this was not my first time. I also let them what time you had to offer at the SONESTA RESORT.

I actually like everything but, I just think you had music are your artists there played country music, but it should be a mixture but nothing hard-core. Did you had some young ppl there. That's just my opinion. But that's not going to stop me from coming back.

Everything!! The beach access, pool for the kids for when they got tired of the beach, the resort was beautiful and had so many amenities to accommodate our family ! The room was perfect! Beds comfortable, we stayed on the 3rd floor and had a coke machine , ice machine , community microwave and laundry facilities all close to our room which was perfect for us! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we ate at the bar/restaurant in the lobby 2 nights because we loved it so much! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and the Sonesta and we will for sure be back!

Friendy staff; answerd most quesions posed well. Food in onsie restauant was wondersful, espeially the shee grab soub--best I fel5 in the area ans across my lifespan--chok full of crb meat--usually you only get the soup,,, no met. dRIVE I AND OUT OF FAILITY W LIKE A BIG PARK-LOTS OF Shade Loved access to the BeH AT SUNRISE.

Foreign ccent of some service providers slowed communicatin down somewhat. Parking competitive and congested. some noise POLLUTION from cars and pool areal. gLAD WE WERE AOUND THE BACK OF THE FACILITY UNDER THE TREE CANOPY.

Pool , Heywards restaurant, firepit and outdoor seating, staff was courteous. Best part was being at the beach front

The bar billed same item, different price depending on the server.

I liked the atmosphere. Except for one of the staff members who was quite rude, I enjoyed my stay. One bartender, female, walked away in the middle of my order to speak to her coworker. Then she looks at me and says, go ahead I’m listening. 😳

At least one meal per day is not included in the price of the stay. With the cost of the resort at least 1 meal/day should be included. Plus, beach set up (chairs, umbrellas, etc) should also be included especially if it’s a resort with beach front property. The extra costs are a deterrent from completely enjoying the stay.

The whole place was really nice and the amenities was great as well easy access to beach, not far from shopping centers , staff was great overall everything was great . I would stay there again.

The price was a little high for the room don't get me wrong the room was wonderful very roomy just dated a little but other than that I would recommend to anyone. I didn't like the prices of food and drinks there I thought it was a little on the steep side but it's ok I understand it's a business to make money.
