It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I could not find one thing in my suite that was unclean, broken, or worn! My room was spotless, modern, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! The hotel guest manager I was extremely friendly, helpful, and especially accommodating! I was extremely impressed!

I like the fact the hotel attended to every detail of my stay and the fact that the hotel was ageless due to the modern and clean appearance! They had two separate outdoor seating areas that were tastefully decorated! The hotel was located in more of a suburban setting away from the storefronts and busy shopping areas which I greatly appreciated to give me a sense of peace and serenity!

I liked the housekeeping, it’s amazingly clean , beautiful seats inside and outside, very comfortable, very nice and definitely want to stay there every time

no smart tv so we wasn’t able to watch anything, it will be nice to have drinks and water inside the room , I didn’t like that there was no room service , I wish there was a dinner meal too not just breakfast and I wish if we have the possibility to order breakfast to our room

did not realize that the breakfast was not complimentary anymore. There should be signage. Many people were in the same situation as us. Did not know if there was any ordering off the menu or if it was all the same price Buffet style. The omelette was good but everything else was mediocre.

Also had trouble checking in because something was wrong with the computer.. We realized we needed a toothbrush but when we called down to the front desk they said we would need to come down to get it. No one could to bring it up.

The location was perfect as it was only ~15 minutes away from the overnight tournament I played in before checking in. The hotel allowed me to check in at 6:30am and do a late checkout of 2:00pm so that I could get a decent amount of sleep!

The price for the room could have been cheaper- I paid ~$150.00. I bought a seltzer water from the front desk area and it was flat as it had already expired.

The door to the bathroom has a HIGE gap. No privacy. While using I can see people clearly at the desk and they can see me. And you can hear everything. Very Poor design. Not sure why you would ever use a door like that. Lighting in room could be better. Just odd and not relaxing like it could be. Love the bed lamps but regular ones on each side would be nice also. Bed was very comfortable and shades were great to keep light out.

The room was beautiful and clean.

There was no complimentary breakfast. Only a breakfast buffet for $15….we went out instead. The so-called restaurant looked like a fast food joint. We had originally thought of eating dinner in house, but once we realized what the “restaurant” was, we went out.

your shuttle service should really offer rides to people going to the Capital Health surgical center. I realize you have a mileage limit, but the Hopewell Pennington center is only 5.4 miles away. Hilton Gardens even thanked the Opthalmologist for referring patients to your facility

I love that the rooms were very clean. I hate hotels (even the top luxury hotels are usually dusty) but I absolutely loved how clean the rooms were here! The staff are ALWAYS so friendly. The woman who checked me in this time was so sweet and helpful. Now, my whole family uses this hotel!

location only 5 miles away from downtown Princeton - well located. Quiet area.

Had to ask for towels and room to be cleaned- thought that would be automatic- small print in bathroom stated that but maybe stressed at check-in would be good to make you aware.
